My son joined Insight Kindergarten about one month after we moved to Australia. Moving to a new country was not easy for him, but the teachers and children helped him feel welcome from the very beginning. Having a teacher who could speak Korean also helped him feel comfortable. Thanks to their kindness and support, he has now completely settled and looks forward to going every day. He enjoys his lunch and snacks and especially loves the playground. Every time I pick him up, seeing the caring teachers and happy children makes me feel truly grateful.

I am so grateful for the educators in the Wombats/Platypus rooms. They truly value the team work and synchronisation between the parents and the centre. Pammy, Charmin, Dhanusha and Nia have been so amazing with our child. They've shown so much love and care, and do the absolute best with the resources that they have. Deducting 2 stars due to how the staff members are distributed across the rooms and throughout the day. There'll be times of the day/week where it is absolute chaos where I've seen 1 educator surrounded by nearly 10 children, needing some form of attention/help. The sense of overwhelmedness and stress can be seen and felt. This is something the educators definitely do not need! And something which only disadvantages the children. I have seen some new faces in the centre, so it's an issue they're aware of and are actively fixing. But will keep my rating until the issue is resolved.

Genuinely loving and caring…thank you Carla and Amaya without you both it wouldn’t have been possible last year. Our daughter went through a phase where she has melt downs every morning but these two legends showed patience and did everything possible to settle her in. Thank you for the support and love you showed to our daughter ❤️

We have attended Insight for 4 years, with both of my children attending now. The teachers have been consistent and loving towards my children throughout. Cannot recommend Insight enough.

My 2 year old has been going to this place for a while now. She loves it. Always playing outside and eating foods that at home not even bribery will get her to eat. Hats off to the chef, I mean honestly which 2 year old would eat roghan josh at home and of course to the staff that are always so welcoming, especially Amaya. Always get updates throughout the day. The first place my girl has found a place she is so comfortable at.

My child really enjoys going to childcare, and I believe it’s because of the kind and caring teachers who genuinely love the children. Whenever I have a question, the team always responds promptly and with great support. Thank you, Insight Early Learning Burwood Brickworks team.

We are really happy with Insight Burwood. We have children in the kinder and nursery who have settled in really quickly and we have felt very welcomed by all educators & staff. The centre has a lovely community feel and this shows in the connections formed between the educators and the children. Great extra activities, such as an external music program and more. Our kids love the food too. We would recommend this service to families looking for childcare

I'm highly satisfied with Insight's support. Viola works effectively with the educators, and management is consistently quick to address my questions. A particular highlight is their Wednesday Mandarin class, which I really appreciate. 🤩
