My daughter started at Insight Burwood in February, when she was just 11 months old. As first-time parents, we were really careful about choosing the right place for her, and we feel so lucky we found this one. The educators are caring, loving, and professional. They genuinely look after the kids and create a warm, happy space where they can learn and grow. What really stands out is how welcoming they are to families from different backgrounds. My parents don’t speak English but often do drop-offs and pick-ups, and the staff are always patient with them, using gestures, photos, and even a few Mandarin phrases to explain how her day went. It means so much to us. The management team is also approachable and supportive. We’re especially glad to see Mona become Centre Director, as her understanding of the Chinese community is a huge plus for local families. My daughter started three days a week and now goes full-time because she loves it there, especially the Mandarin and Music Incursions on Wednesdays and Fridays. We highly recommend Insight Early Learning Burwood to any family in the area.

Since we welcomed our new leader, Mona, Insight Early Learning Burwood has continued to go from strength to strength. The service has such a warm and nurturing feel, and the Kinder space is truly something special; a beautiful sanctuary where children are encouraged to grow, learn, and thrive. The Bush Kinder program is an incredible opportunity for children in metro Melbourne to connect with the world around them, explore nature, and build confidence through meaningful experiences. What makes the service even more outstanding is the team — they are so welcoming, caring, and highly trained, and genuinely support each child’s learning and development journey. The nursery and toddler environments are thoughtfully designed as separate spaces from the kinder rooms, creating calm, nurturing environments where warmth and care meet education and development. Thank you to the entire team for everything you do every day to make Insight Early Learning Burwood such a special place for children and families.

We are so happy with the care and attention our son has received here at Insight Early learning centre, Burwood. The Educators are incredibly lovely, warm, and supportive. They truly go above and beyond to make every child feel safe and valued. One of the biggest highlights for us has been watching our son’s communication skills flourish. The progress he has made since joining has been remarkable, and we know it’s thanks to the nurturing environment the team has created. The facility is welcoming, well-organized, and always clean. It’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares about the children’s development and wellbeing. We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful place, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to any family looking for exceptional childcare. Five stars without a doubt!

My son joined Insight Kindergarten about one month after we moved to Australia. Moving to a new country was not easy for him, but the teachers and children helped him feel welcome from the very beginning. Having a teacher who could speak Korean also helped him feel comfortable. Thanks to their kindness and support, he has now completely settled and looks forward to going every day. He enjoys his lunch and snacks and especially loves the playground. Every time I pick him up, seeing the caring teachers and happy children makes me feel truly grateful.

I am so grateful for the educators in the Wombats/Platypus rooms. They truly value the team work and synchronisation between the parents and the centre. Palmy, Charmin, Dhanusha and Nia have been so amazing with our child. They've shown so much love and care, and do the absolute best with the resources that they have. Deducting 2 stars due to how the staff members are distributed across the rooms and throughout the day. There'll be times of the day/week where it is absolute chaos where I've seen 1 educator surrounded by nearly 10 children, needing some form of attention/help. The sense of overwhelmedness and stress can be seen and felt. This is something the educators definitely do not need! And something which only disadvantages the children. I have seen some new faces in the centre, so it's an issue they're aware of and are actively fixing. But will keep my rating until the issue is resolved. Update: Over the last couple of months, they've made huge improvements around staffing. Amazing effort, team!

Genuinely loving and caring…thank you Carla and Amaya without you both it wouldn’t have been possible last year. Our daughter went through a phase where she has melt downs every morning but these two legends showed patience and did everything possible to settle her in. Thank you for the support and love you showed to our daughter ❤️

We have attended Insight for 4 years, with both of my children attending now. The teachers have been consistent and loving towards my children throughout. Cannot recommend Insight enough.

My 2 year old has been going to this place for a while now. She loves it. Always playing outside and eating foods that at home not even bribery will get her to eat. Hats off to the chef, I mean honestly which 2 year old would eat roghan josh at home and of course to the staff that are always so welcoming, especially Amaya. Always get updates throughout the day. The first place my girl has found a place she is so comfortable at.
