It’s been nearly two years since my son started his journey with Insight, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care and support he’s received. Pammy, Nia, Carla, Mona, Angela, Glara, and Ellen have all played such an important role in his growth and development. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care have made a real difference, and we’re so thankful for everything they’ve done for our family.

I can unreservedly recommend this child care centre after one year attendance by my daughter, Monique. The centre combines professionalism, friendliness and a high standard of care to the kids. I am also impressed by the healthy meals and snacks served to the children.

My daughter joined Insight Early Learning when she was around 1.5 years old. Its been 7 months now with Insight and honestly its one of the best decisions we've made. A big heartfelt thanks to the wonderful team at Insight especially Dhanu, Palmy, Nia, Charmin, Monika and other Platypus teachers for making it an easy journey for us. I’ve spent a fair amount of time at Insight Early Learning Burwood as well as numerous other Childcare Centres throughout Melbourne.<br><br>Insight Burwood is up there in the top centres I’ve visited.<br>The staff are very loving and caring, The children are well looked after and provided with ample opportunities to learn new thing as they thrive in a nurturing environment.<br>Always lots of happy smily faces there.

We have had a wonderful experience with Insight Early Learning for our toddler. The educators genuinely care about every baby's development and celebrate every little milestone with us. I love getting the updates and photos of what they've been up to. The environment is safe, clean, and perfectly set up for under-twos to explore.

Completing my placement at Insight Early Learning Burwood Brickworks was an incredibly rewarding experience and gave me a real insight into what high-quality early childhood education looks like. From my very first day, I felt welcomed by a supportive team, and it quickly became clear that every child is genuinely valued, respected, and encouraged to learn and grow.<br><br>What stood out to me most was the thoughtful way children's learning is planned. The educators take the time to observe each child's interests, strengths, and individual needs, then use those observations to create meaningful, play-based learning experiences. My placement brought everything I had learned at university to life, allowing me to see theory put into practice every day. Each experience is planned with purpose to build children's confidence, independence, communication, creativity, and motor skills.<br><br>The leadership at the centre is exceptional. Mona, the Centre Director, leads with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine passion for providing high-quality care and education. Alen, the Assistant Director, helps create a welcoming environment where children, families, educators, and students all feel supported and respected.<br><br>I was fortunate to complete my placement in the 3–5-year-old room with Lakna and Francis. Lakna is a wonderful teacher whose patience and knowledge shine through in the meaningful learning experiences she creates. She also creates an environment where children and families feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door. Francis builds strong relationships with children through her calm and nurturing approach, helping every child feel safe, secure, and confident to explore and learn. Their guidance, advice, and encouragement throughout my placement were truly invaluable and gave me the confidence to continue my journey towards becoming an early childhood teacher.<br><br>Glara and Zi both bring enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism to the classroom, creating a cheerful environment where children feel happy, engaged, and supported. Watching each educator bring their own strengths to the team showed me the value of collaboration and the positive impact it has on children's learning and wellbeing.<br><br>The care, respect, and teamwork I experienced throughout my placement left a lasting impression on me. I couldn't have asked for a better first placement, and it has set a high standard for the kind of early learning environment I hope to be part of as I begin my career as an early childhood educator.<br><br>I highly recommend Insight Early Learning Burwood Brickworks to any family looking for a centre where children are genuinely cared for, supported, and inspired to learn every day.
