Wonderful welcoming. Nice and Tidy

We absolutely love the centre . we feel a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are all incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's well-being and development. Our child has thrived here, making friends, learning new things every day, and always coming home happy. Few months ago I was looking at the reviews and here I am again giving one this time. Where do I start from? This childcare is the second home to my son. I have been sending him here since he was 6 months old and he is turning 1 now in the next few days. All the educators; Angie,Ash, Rebel, Rifat and Van are amazing in his room. Chelsea the manager and Aditi at the front desk are always cheerful. They all treat kids like family which makes them easy to adapt. The app(storypark) they use will give you hourly update, a peace of mind especially if you have an infant. Overall, I absolutely love this place and would highly recommend!!! :)

The center and staff are excellent; we absolutely love it. Both of our kids have been attending YMCA Tarneit since they were babies. The educators are loving and caring, and the kinder program is also great. The outdoor area is spacious and playful, providing a wonderful environment for the children. The food is fabulous. Our kids absolutely love going there. Highly recommended!

We have been with Tarneit YMCA from the very first group of children when they opened until today. YMCA team has take care 2 of my children one from 3months old until now almost 5yo, I couldn’t thank them enough for their understanding, supportive and flexible in the past years. Teachers are all caring and very low turn over rate which is great as my kids are attach and be very comfortable around them. Food : variety of menus and vegetarian options available everyday :) my kids love their afternoon snacks so much or I got scolded for picking him up too early.

Very good educators. They are very supportive and understanding . The whole center have child friendly environment. My son goes there and he absolutely have a great time there and I loved the way my son has developed and grown there and gained so much of confidence.

Horrible and unsafe! My son got hurt so many times here and nobody reported it, upon inquiry they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. While dropping my son to the child care, twice I saw another child hit my son. The two educators in the class paid no attention and ignored the incident until I stopped the other kid myself. Once they called me to tell me to come pick up my son that he had an upset stomach and had soiled his clothes multiple times, when I got there the educators couldn’t find him, till I spotted him sleeping under the table exhausted! The educators and helpers change quite often and most of them are casuals with little fluency in English.

Best Early childhood learning centre in Tarneit.All the educators are lovely and approachable including centre manager. Centre always takes complaints and feedback positively and do their best to work on it. My 4 year old one loves her kinder so much that she wants go there even when she is sick. She has developed confidence and positive behaviour for which I thank YMCA Tarneit.They have got the best kindy teachers. My little one is also always looked after well. Educators have built good relationship with her. My children are learning very well at YMCA and I am very glad. As per my girl, her teacher makes the best chicken rice. Also Educators from various ethnic background have made it diverse and culture friendly.I Highly recomend this center.
