Twinkling Stars Montessori runs a Montessori Inspired Preschool program in a Family Day Care setting from 9am to 3pm, during School Term.
We believe that child's early year education is a preparation for life. This should be a holistic approach that integrates mind, body and spirit to achieve a truly social school community in which personal relationships and skills are given the highest priority.
We are passionate about Montessori education. We provide an environment in which children develop on an individual basis guided from within by their natural curiosity and by the careful guidance of our teachers. This nurturing environment fosters self-discipline, self-confidence and an ability to concentrate. Our experience shows that this type of education provides children with a true joy in learning. We see the early years as a preparation for life and a foundation on which everything that follows is built. 'Who' a child is, we feel, is more important than 'what' a child achieves in the form of goals during this time. Our program provides a very solid foundation and academic base for children at the start of their school life.
Child Care Subsidy
We participate in Government’s Child Care Subsidy (CCS) which is the main payment to assist families with the costs of child care.

Miss Sofia has been wonderful with my daughter. She has learned so much in her time here—from writing her alphabet to confidently recognising her numbers. Miss Sofia is incredibly kind, patient, and someone my daughter truly trusts. I’ve seen such a big improvement in her skills and confidence, and I feel she’s now well‑prepared for big school. I definitely recommend this preschool to any parent looking for a caring and supportive learning environment.

I sent my son to Ms Sofia early this year. He is usually very shy and taking a long time to get used to a new environment but with Ms Sofia he only took one day to settle and was happy always to come here. I definitely saw his improvement in his speech and writing just after a short period of time. She has great learning materials which will help your child to get ready for the big school. I always like the Montessori method and highly recommend Ms Sofia's preschool!!!

Twinkling Stars is such a lovely and enriching preschool environment. Our son started there last year and just started his 2nd year there today. The love, care, attention and motivation that Ms Sofia imparts on the children has built our little boy's confidence and independence. She makes learning fun and paces it with the child and their interest, so it's definitely Montessori inspired learning. Being a Montessori inspired preschool curriculum in a family daycare setting was the perfect way to start our little boy's school journey as it allowed him to ease into the routine without getting overwhelmed. Ms Sofia's teaching and gentleness gave our boy the grace he needed to transition and he is now thriving and has made amazing friends along the way. Highly recommend Twinkling Stars Montessori. 🌟

My daughter attended 2022 and graduated, and in that short but sweet year within the first few weeks she had shown huge improvements within her speech, problem solving ability and confidence. She loved it here and adapted quite quickly! Director is friendly and most importantly professional always putting the childrens needs first and working alongside the parents.
