My grand kids went there we had to move them they change staff always the kids aren’t looked after as they should like a cattle station always loosing there gear saw lots of other things I wouldn’t like to say there is better places out there

I cannot recommend Young Academics highly enough. From the moment we walked through the doors, every educator has been so kind, welcoming, patient and genuinely caring.<br><br>Today was only my son's second day, and I am honestly amazed by how well he has settled in. Seeing him feel safe, comfortable and supported has meant the world to me as a mum. The educators have gone above and beyond to make both my son and myself feel welcome, and their warmth, patience and reassurance have made this transition so much easier.<br><br>A very special thank you to Maria, the Centre Manager. From our very first interaction, she has been nothing short of exceptional. Her kindness, compassion, professionalism and genuine care have made all the difference during what was an incredibly emotional transition for our family. We've seen quite a few changes at Young Academics over time, but we really wanted to acknowledge the positive impact the current Centre Manager, Maria, has had.<br><br>Since Maria stepped into the role, the atmosphere at the centre has noticeably improved. She's incredibly hands-on, approachable, and always takes the time to greet families when dropping off and picking up. Those small gestures make a big difference and create such a warm, welcoming environment.<br><br>Communication has also been fantastic. We love receiving regular updates and photos from the educators throughout the day, which gives us peace of mind and lets us feel connected to what our children are doing.<br><br>Our children, Charbel and Luciana, are happy, well cared for, and enjoy their time at the centre. We truly appreciate the effort Maria and the entire team put into creating a positive, supportive environment for the children and their families. Thank you for everything you do!

Very pleased with Miss Jasmine. She does a fantastic job leading the junior pre school room and could definitely see Jasmine moving into leadership.

The manager and staff are caring, professional, and always make my granddaughter feel welcome and safe. She enjoys attending, is learning new skills, and I appreciate the excellent communication and support provided to our family. I would happily recommend Young Academics Greystance to others.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Young Academics Greystanes. Anayah started in the nursery room with just one day a week couple of months ago, and because she has thrived so much, we’ve now increased her to four days. She absolutely loves coming to the centre and her social skills have grown beautifully. A special thanks to Mina for always going above and beyond, and to Miss Rachael, Miss Jessica, Miss Premeni, and Miss Kreza for their warmth, patience, and dedication in the nursery room.

teachers are great and friendly. trustworthy centre and i feel great leaving my child there. i feel like she learnt so much since being there. teachers are really interacting with myself and treat my daughter kindly.
