The facilityis big and clean and they have fresh meals everyday that provides good nutrition to our children. Riverstone ELC is a brand-new 61-place long day care centre, catering for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
Riverstone ELC is open 7:00am to 6:00pm, 52 weeks per year.
Riverstone ELC has three rooms tailored to the specific needs of the children. The room configurations include a nursery room (0-2 years), a toddler room (2-3 years) and a pre-school room (3-5 years).
Riverstone ELC features a beautiful, spacious outdoor yard, that is thoughtfully separated to ensure age-appropriate play and learning experiences. In our outdoor environments, you'll find inviting garden beds and planter boxes, perfect for curious little green thumbs, as well as two large sandpits and two climbing forts.
At Riverstone ELC, we provide all the essentials, including nappies, wipes, sunscreen, linen, and fresh meals prepared on site by our qualified cook. We ask that you bring along a drink bottle and a few changes of clothes for messy play.
For our babies, we kindly ask that you pack bottles and breastmilk/ formula to suit their daily needs.
Our curriculum is designed to prepare your child for a successful transition to formal schooling. In our pre-school room, we offer a School Readiness Program that reflects elements of the NSW Kindergarten curriculum. We provide a weekly program that reflects the children’s interests, goals, skills, and areas for further development. We observe each child monthly and plan activities to extend on their ideas and challenge their skills. At the end of each year, you will also receive a beautiful portfolio filled with artworks and photos from our special days.
