Yesterday, I picked up my relative who attends kindergarten. I was waiting for the child to come. One of the staff, named Suad, purposely dropped the child's bag in front of me and gave me a dirty look when I was trying to reach for the bag. This staff (Suad) lacks professionalism and has poor value and respect for parents, guardian etc. There were no children around her to keep her busy. She did not acknowledge and apologise for her actions. These actions are unacceptable for any human being, and she should be aware of her actions and the impact it has on a person. Do better, act professional and respect all people.
