My daughter has been at Nido Rosanna for 18 months, and she loves it. She’s made a lot of friends and has learnt a lot, all thanks to the staff at Nido! They make sure she is very well fed and her learning goals are always on track, plus seeing updates through the Storypark app over the day helps us plan her evenings at home a little easier.

My child has been attending Nido Rosanna for 8 months and loves going! The venue is clean, food menu always varies and the staff are great! Highly recommend.

The staff are brilliant and their extra curricular activities are wonderful. My daughter adores the staff and I always feel like I’m leaving her in safe hands.

Our 18 months old daughter jammed her finger in one of the cupboards because there is no security and she lost her nail. After we told our concerns and suggested them to put child security to the childcare, their response was very disappointing and unreasonable. They said they can't do this because opening and closing the cupboards is helping their confidence. Also, everytime my daughter goes there, they don't have enough educators. When l ask, they always say that they are on break or on the way. One day our daughter came home with very bad nappy rash, it was bleeding and looked like they didn't change her nappy for very long time. So, it was very disappointing experience for us.
