We recently moved our son, who has additional needs, to this preschool and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. From the moment we attended our tour with Katie, we felt genuinely welcomed. Katie was warm, approachable, and refreshingly honest about the supports currently available, as well as the additional strategies they could put in place to help our son thrive. Her openness and understanding immediately gave us confidence that this was the right environment for our family. This has been, without a doubt, the most inclusive and caring centre we have experienced. The educators are incredibly patient, compassionate, and committed to ensuring our son’s individual needs are understood and supported. They go above and beyond to make sure he feels included, valued, and has the space and encouragement to learn in a way that works for him. It is clear that every child is seen as an individual, and the genuine care shown by the team shines through in everything they do. We are so grateful to have found a preschool where our son is not only supported but truly celebrated.

We’ve had a wonderful experience at this childcare centre. The staff are caring and welcoming. My son settled in quickly and was always happy to attend. A special mention to Soumya, who kids refer to as SUNNY, who is an amazing educator. My son was very attached to her, which really reflects the kindness, patience, and care she shows every day. She made him feel safe and supported, and we are so grateful for the positive impact she had on him. Highly recommend this centre to any family looking for quality childcare

I saw one of there drivers yesterday afternoon who doesn’t clearly know how to stop at a giveaway sign and almost had a head on collision with another car. Don’t send your kids there. I rang and told the manager and whether they spoke to that driver or not, I’m saying it on here to keep your kids safe. Just be careful and cautious

I am extremely happy with this kindergarten and the high standards they maintain in every aspect. The cleanliness is outstanding, with classrooms and facilities always kept neat, safe, and hygienic, creating a healthy environment for the children. The teachers and staff are caring, patient, and professional, and they treat every child with warmth and respect. Their way of dealing with children is gentle and supportive, showing a deep understanding of each child’s needs and emotions, which helps the children feel secure, confident, and happy. The teachers’ understanding and dedication truly stand out, and it is clear they are passionate about nurturing and guiding the children in a positive and loving environment.

My niece absolutely loves this centre! The staff are so kind, caring, and take the time to make her feel special and unique. She’s always excited to go in the mornings to see Miss Bec and Miss Kylie. It’s reassuring to know she’s in a safe hands. The teachers are welcoming and the centre is clean and presented well.

Read the bad reviews over the fake five star reviews they’ve asked people to do(some 5 star reviews are from staff who don’t have kids that attend) There is a reason this centre is NEVER recommended on any community pages.. I have been with 2 Kidi kingdom centres since my daughter was four months old, she is now 6..(Springfield was amazing, couldn’t fault it) when April was managing Pimpama it was amazing! Staff were always happy, stuff would get done correctly! The past year and a half at Kidi Kingdom Pimpama has been nothing short of a circus, we only stayed so long as my daughter’s friends went there and Miss Mel who does afterschool and vacation care is amazing! Firstly having no point of contact to anyone higher than a centre manager is just dodgy, this centre has had about 6 or 7 centre managers since it opened. Front desk staff and the regional when she is in, barely acknowledge you when you walk in to the centre, being the face of the centre and business it is extremely uncomfortable to walk in as a parent and not even be acknowledged. High staff turnover, not one child from when we started is still there. No one looks after the babies/toddlers often left to scream and cry without comfort, toddlers picking up babies because they aren’t being watched. Staff screaming at the kids. I would hate to see what happens when there is no parents around. Children who attend afterschool care are not signed in by management, meaning they are not accounted for if there was an emergency/fire etc. Vacation care program is shocking, they get $150+ a day for a child and the kids only ever do the movies or bowling and that’s if they don’t cancel it on them the day of the excursion. All this aside, they can’t get your invoicing right, they are either undercharging and then slap everyone with a bill the week of Christmas , or overcharging and taking unauthorised money out of your account, adding care days on to your account without your child ever even attending them! And trying to get a refund on the amount they’ve over charged? An absolute hassle… last day of care was 25th of July and I have just received the refund today 26th of August. AVOID!

Both my kids attend Kidi Kingdom Child Care Centre at Pimpama. We have a great experience and have found the teachers and staff to be extremely lovely, caring and attentive. I would recommend this kindergarten to anyone, the service is high quality.

Highly recommend Kidi Kingdom child care center at Pimpama. My kids loves going here, feels safe & loved just like home. The kindergarten team has great communication and educators are so caring with the children's. We are so happy with this child care centre!

My 2-year-old son goes to this kindergarten they have been fabulous since day one of opening. I'm really happy to see how they have transformed over the last 2 years. It is great to have regular staff that my kid engages with. They are always willing to listen and help out with your personal needs when it comes to your child. I would highly recommend this kindergarten. It is lovely to be greeted each morning fantasy your child acknowledged and looked after. He loves the teachers and the activities they do. Thanks guys!

My daughter has been going to kidi kingdom since she was 1 years old . I have absolutely loved the service . Especially from Miss Sarah . Sarah has been with my daughter since she was a baby she goes beyond and above for everyone . Always a fresh air walking in to miss Sarah at the desk . She is honestly an asset to the team . Miss j is also amazing !! My daughter absolutely loves going to kindy now. They really make everything so easy for us parents . If you ever have an issue it’s sorted straight away . Honestly everyone here at Kidi kingdom pimama is absolutely amazing !! I can’t wait when we have our second child I know they will be extremely cared for by the ladies . We love you guys !!
