We were recommended to Sparrow Bentley by a close friend who had a great overall experience, and we’re so glad we took her recommendation.<br><br>One of the things that really gave us confidence was seeing that quite a number of the educators have been working there for many years. It really says a lot about the centre and the people who work there.<br><br>Since starting, we’ve been really happy to see our little one making good progress. Communication from the educators has also been excellent, with frequent updates that keep us informed about how our little one is doing.<br><br>We’d also like to give a special shout-out to all the educators. It’s hard to name just one or two because, throughout our time there, we’ve had the opportunity to come across and interact with many of them. Everyone has been friendly, caring and genuinely attentive towards our little one.<br><br>Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience with Sparrow Bentley and would definitely recommend them to other parents looking for a caring and supportive environment for their little ones.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Sparrow Early Learning.<br><br>I first enrolled my eldest daughter when she was around 18 months old, and she stayed until she was three. Throughout that time, I had absolutely no complaints. The educators looked after her with so much care, compassion and patience, and I always felt that she was in safe and caring hands.<br><br>When my second daughter was ready to start daycare, we chose Sparrow again. She started from the youngest baby room, and once again, we have experienced the same level of care, warmth and professionalism.<br><br>As a mum, being able to leave my children at daycare and have peace of mind is so important to me. Our family has been attending this centre for over 7 years. The educators have raised both of my kids in such a professional and caring manner.<br><br>We love coming to the centre and seeing so many familiar faces every day. I would highly recommend Sparrow Bentley to anybody. Our son has been at the center since he was about 8 months old and he is almost three! My son is safe, supported and cared for at Sparrow. The educators are incredibly kind and patient. They individualise their care to each child’s needs. Our experience as a family interacting with Sparrow educators has been overwhelmingly positive, including regular communication regarding changes in our son’s needs. Our son also loves the meals provided, activities completed, and is continually coming home with new knowledge to share.

Can not thank the team enough at Sparrows Bentley for the love and care they have given to our little one in the short time she's been attending. After advising the team about our previous daycare and how it didn't work out, from day 1 the team at Studio One have reassured us everything is going to be OK and put a lot of time into making sure our LO settled in well. Great app to communicate between everyone and keep us updated, delicious nutritious foods served up and all the activities to keep the bubs stimulated throughout the day. Sparrows in Bentley is an absolute hidden gem, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. My little one started in Studio 1 around two months ago, just before turning one, and the experience has exceeded all our expectations. From the moment I first stepped through the doors, I was struck by the warmth of the environment. It may look unassuming from the outside, but inside it's beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and has the most peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. Every detail is thoughtfully considered—even the fish tank in the babies’ room is spotless, always! You can feel how much they care about creating a nurturing space for both children and parents. Anthea and her wonderful team in Studio 1 have gone above and beyond to help my child settle in. The consistency of care is remarkable—every single staff member greets my child by name each morning, even if he’s starting in a different room. It’s a small thing that makes a huge difference, and it speaks volumes about the culture here. A special thank you to Janine and Desiree—if they’re in the office, they never fail to look up and greet us with a warm, genuine smile. It’s those little moments that really stand out and make drop-offs feel so reassuring. Thank you also to the whole team for your tireless, compassionate care. The staff are clearly passionate, and many are long-term team members, which was one of the first things I looked for—and a huge reassurance. My child is thriving—he loves the meals, the thoughtfully designed play areas, and he’s all smiles when I pick him up. The educators respect and support individual sleep routines, even staying close and comforting little ones who are still learning to self-settle. Their dedication is beautiful to witness. The communication is also fantastic: the weekly recaps with photos are so thoughtful, and the system is user-friendly once it’s all set up.
