My son has been at Goodstart Box Hill since he was 10 months old and is now 5, leaving for school at the end of this year. The team here is absolutely incredible, they truly feel like family. From the very beginning, the educators in the younger rooms were so loving and caring, and saying goodbye to these wonderful women will be so sad. In the Kinder and Preschool rooms, the staff have been outstanding; knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate. My son comes home excited to share everything he’s learned, and it’s clear they’ve prepared him for school in the best way possible. We couldn’t be happier with the care and education he’s received. We’ve had such a good experience with this centre. My son has attended this centre since he was a baby and is now very well equipped for the big school. This centre has given us such great care and support. The lovely educators and staff are so wonderful, they feel like an extended family to us by now. There is a great community within the centre and we can feel (on a personal level) how the educators and staff genuinely look after the children. I am excited to have this journey again with my other little one as I know she will be very well taken care of.

We have been attending here for over 6 years now with all 3 kids attending over the years from the nursery and toddler rooms and into the kinder and preschool rooms. We have never had an issue and have been very happy with the care provided. The kids love it and are always so happy to be there, coming home so excited to tell us what they got to do that day. The staff and management are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable and we couldn't ask for better care for our children.

With all the news that’s been going on ATM with the Australian childcare industry, we are so glad that we found this one. My kid loves it here. Settled in well even in the first week he started. Now he smiles to the educators every morning during drop-off, no fuss when we leave the room. That says it all! The educators were caring and very flexible with his routines, given he is going through teething and can be unsettled during feed. They know what they are doing, and they do it with love. Highly recommend this centre.

My daughter absolutely loves this childcare center. She joined when she was three years old. The supportive environment and attentive staff make it a truly exceptional place. Additionally, the center has a spacious outdoor area, providing ample opportunities for children to engage in enjoyable outdoor activities. Without a doubt, this is a fantastic center.

My son has a very good relationship with his educators and we are happy here. The staff turnover is non existent since we started and the educators seem to understand that every child is an individual and do their best to accommodate to each child’s needs.
