We cannot speak highly enough of Guardian Early Learning Centre in Box Hill North. Our bubba who’s now 15 months old, has been attending for several months, and our experience has been nothing short of wonderful. From the very first tour, we were struck by the warmth of the educators and the vibrant, stimulating environment. What truly sets Guardian Box Hill North apart is their incredible team. The educators are not just caregivers; they are genuinely invested in each child's development and happiness. They know bubs’ unique personality, interests, and routines intimately. We receive detailed daily updates via the Storypark app, which gives us such peace of mind. The curriculum is fantastic. It's more than just play; it's purposeful and tailored. We've watched in amazement as our child's confidence, curiosity, and skills have blossomed—from messy sensory play and music sessions to developing early social skills in the beautiful outdoor spaces. The centre management is also excellent—very professional, communicative, and always open to feedback. They foster a real sense of community. We are so grateful to have found this extended family for our most precious little one. Highest recommendation!

The new staff and centre manager are extremely judgemental, hostile and unaccomodating. They are biased between families. and show clear favouritism between parents. The old Centre manager Kiran was amazing, everything ran smoothly, and I was always informed of incidents, and staff changes (who my kids would be with and what rooms they'd be in), and always made me feel comfortable and welcome in the centre. All of this has now changed to the complete opposite. Anytime there has been an issue, they've shown no empathy towards the situation, and no apology. The only positive I have for this centre now since the change in management, is my 5 year olds Kinder teacher Krystal. My son loves her, and is always happy when she is there. Thank you Krystal.

My child was at the centre for only for 5 days, he fell coming off the changing table and hurt his head. The staff tried to push blame onto him. He is only 2 years old. There needs to be accountability for staff neglect and never even received an apology let along a proper explanation why a toddler wasn't cared for properly to allow him to fall in the first place. EDIT: you state that it was addressed, I got a call that the time of incident was downplayed about how he had a minor fall but is fine, only when i picked him up i saw the huge lump and the staff was blaming him for the fall. "He refused to hold my hand" he's 2, u tell him to hold hands he will hold hands. He was new to this centre and u expected him to be able to do the same things as the other kids which I find ridiculous considering I had warned staff 3 times prior to his first day that he has difficulty with balance and often falls over. So leaving a child that has balance difficulties to climb off a table by himself without any form of assistance is a complete failure on your end and beyond careless. *additionally since this fall my child has changed drastically, we are currenlty testing him for brain damage.

I have had both my daughters at guardian for a year now and they adore it! My daughters frequently ask to go to daycare when we are even on holidays. The staff are so warm and caring and go well beyond for the children. Thanks for being a second family to us

I am impressed with Guardian Childcare at Box Hill North. It's really amazing. The educators here are passionate and genuinely care about each child. There are diverse activities every day. Every Tuesday they also have a half hour happy feet activity. All the children love it. Drop-offs and pick-ups are always smooth, and communication is excellent—the whole environment truly feels warm and happy.

This childcare center is amazing!!! I had the privilege of doing placement here for 15 days. The center director, educators and all the staff are very nice. They are all very caring and friendly to every child. Every child is valued here. I highly recommend this childcare center.
