We switched over to Smart Kids from another centre and the difference is night and day. From the day we toured the centre, to the day my daughter started and up until now, we still get greeted and welcomed so warmly. You can tell the educators across both rooms really care for the kids. My daughter has created such a special bond with this place and it makes me feel at ease sending her full time.

My child has attended the facility for more than 1 year now and suprisingly, there is completely no any incidents of her since she has attended. The environment is safe and the teachers are all great ( I can not false any teachers at all because they are amazing with different personalities e.g Ms. Karen is strict but she looks after the kids very well, Ms. Lisa always welcomes me with a lovely smile and help me to fill paperworks when I need, Ms. Merve is lovely, Ms. Hannah is sweet, Ms. Cailin as well and other new teachers are amazing and care for kids as well ( I apologise that I can not remember the name of them but I will try to do so). My daughter always goes home with smiling and laughing, she enjoys being in child care as well. Thank you very much for looking after my child well. All the best for all dedicated teachers.

I am extremely impressed with this childcare center! The staff are absolutely amazing—caring, professional, and genuinely dedicated to the children’s well-being and development. The management is also top-notch, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that the environment is always positive and supportive. One of the highlights is the outdoor area, which is perfect for the kids. It's spacious, safe, and filled with engaging activities that encourage exploration and play. Everything about this center is perfect, and I couldn’t ask for a better place for my child. Highly recommend!

My daughter attended the Childcare centre few years back and it was okay! The only thing that I would never get over was that the teachers and the director forgot to invite my daughter for the graduation day! I was heartbroken and devastated when I found out accidentally that they already had a party and ceremony! When I spoke to the roomleader back then she was like sorry we sent the invite to another child who had the same name but she was in the babies room!! The next day they dressed my daughter in an old gown,not ironed standing next to a bunch of barefoot kids from the center, took a photo with a mobile camera and msged me the photo as an apology! !!! Very disappointed with the disrespectful and ignorant act! Will never get over it !

I have been at this day care since September 2020 and we were very hesitant to put my son who is autistic into care but when I spoke to Sharon,Lisa and nev they made my mind relaxed with everything as he was non verbal at the time fast forward to April 2021 all the hard work from Pooja,Mel and but in all all the educators are amazing they all listen and support not only the child/children but listen and help the prrents this center has been the best thing I ever did for my son and now my daughter attends well done guys for all the fantastic work and continue support
