The director is always so lovely and welcoming to both kids and parents. What better way to start the day than with her warm smile! 😊 The staff are all so friendly, caring, and understanding. Honestly, the amazing team is the main reason we have stayed loyal to this childcare. Knowing our child is in such caring hands gives us so much peace of mind. ❤️

I couldn’t be happier with the experience we’ve had at this preschool! It’s such a wonderful feeling knowing my children are surrounded by caring, kind and dedicated educators who genuinely love what they do. Seeing them happy, comfortable and excited to attend preschool means so much to me as a parent.

The educators go above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued and encouraged to learn and grow. I’m so grateful for the love, patience and care they show the children every day.

We are very happy with this childcare centre. The educators are caring, friendly, and supportive, and they create a safe and happy environment for the children. Thank you for taking such good care of our little one! Highly recommended. ❤️

My son has been attending Billybear since he was 1.5 years old. He is now 4.5 and will be leaving for kindergarten next year. I cannot fault the level of care from all the educators at this centre. My son has learnt so much and has been nurtured from day one. They are very attentive to each child’s needs and have worked very closely with us as parents to help achieve all my sons milestones. He will miss billybear a lot next year and my second son will be joining next year as well!

We are extremely happy with our experience at Billybear and would highly recommend it to any family looking for quality childcare in the Ingleburn area.
The educators are incredibly caring, nurturing, friendly and hands-on, and they genuinely take the time to understand each child’s individual needs. We particularly appreciate their 1:1, child-centred approach and the personalised care and attention they provide.
Another thing that really stands out is the involvement of the centre manager. She is very hands-on and regularly present on the floor, which means she is genuinely aware of the children, their needs and what is happening within the centre.

Billy Bear Preschool and Early Learning Center is truly the best in the area! Miss Marwa and her professional team of educators have a wonderful understanding of the children and provide such great care for everyone. #preschool #learning #education #childcare #ingleburn

Billy bear preschool & early learning centre ingleburn is best childcare centre. Both of my kids attended this childcare, and we’ve had such a wonderful experience. The staff are amazing, and all the educators are so lovely, caring and supportive. My daughter absolutely enjoys

We have been part of this kindergarten for over 8 years — all three of our children grew up here, and we honestly could not have asked for a better place. From day one, the environment has been incredibly child-friendly: warm, safe, and genuinely focused on each child as an individual. What stands out most to us is how deeply the centre respects and celebrates cultural diversity. Our kids have learned to appreciate different backgrounds, languages, and traditions naturally, just by being part of this community. The teachers are caring and attentive, the atmosphere is inclusive and joyful, and as a family we feel truly welcomed every single day. If you're looking for a place where your child will be seen, valued, and happy — this is it. We recommend it wholeheartedly.

They are the best at what they are doing. Every teacher their looks after the kids like their own, they are not just there for jobs but they do genuinely look after the kids so much.
