Your constant care, patience, and nurturing nature have meant so much to both my child and me. The warmth and calm I feel every single time I drop off or pick up my little one never goes unnoticed. As a first-time parent, I was naturally a bit anxious about how Connor would settle in, but you’ve made the transition so smooth for both of us. It’s so clear that every child in your care feels genuinely loved and supported, just like they do at home. Thank you again, girls. Connor truly loves being there, and that means the world to me. ❤️

Can’t recommend this centre enough. Everyone is so welcoming and knows our child by name, even if not his educator. It has a family feel and everything is well communicated. The staff are all approachable and caring which made the initial transition so much easier. It is not only a place for children to play, socialise and be taken care of, but they also take great pride in the school readiness program and it has shown. Our child has thrived since being here and we can’t wait for our youngest to start next year.

My son has been coming here for about a year and a half with our baby starting next year as well. We love it here! The girls are awesome and take the time to get to know each kid which makes drop off that little bit easier. The manager is very easy to talk with, makes the effort to welcome all parents and you can tell takes great pride in her centre. It’s very clean and always has something new going on with daily updates on our son’s day. We are very happy, comfortable and confident with the care here. Thank you!

We couldn’t be happier with the care our daughter receives at The Grove Academy Denham court. From the very first day, the staff made us feel welcomed, supported, and completely at ease. It’s clear that every educator there genuinely cares about the children and goes above and beyond to create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment. Our daughter has grown so much—socially, emotionally, and intellectually—since starting here. She looks forward to going every day, and we love hearing about all the fun and learning activities she participates in, from creative arts and storytime to outdoor play and themed educational activities. Communication with the centre is excellent. We always know what’s going on, and we get regular updates and photos, which we love to see. Thank you to the team at the grove academy denham court.

Staff here are impeccable, always happy to cater to my child’s every needs! Never disappoint

Our family had a serious incident here involving a severe allergy reaction. Despite the centre being fully briefed and provided with all the medical documentation and medication, our child was given a food they are allergic to during a late pickup session (“family grouping”). Staff were unaware of the allergy, and we had to step in and manage the emergency ourselves, including using an EpiPen and calling an ambulance. This wasn’t the only red flag. We also witnessed a young child being accidentally left alone outside in the yard for several minutes during pickup, with staff unaware until a parent let them back in. This incident, combined with the allergy emergency, convinced us to withdraw our kids immediately. The centre took responsibility and said they are reviewing their protocols and staff training, and they did waive exit fees. But incidents like this shouldn’t happen. If your child has allergies or you expect basic supervision, ask very direct questions about their processes and how staff are trained. Hopefully things improve, but parents should be aware and make sure they’re confident in the centre’s safety before enrolling.

Very bad place for children. Don’t recommend

My children started the day the doors opened and we couldn’t be happier! The centre itself is so beautiful and the educators have become a second family to my children & us. Shaima the director is so warm and welcoming & the rest of the staff including the chef, are so wonderful & happy and you can tell they truly care about our kids. There’s always laughing & jokes in the halls between parents & staff. The facilities are always clean & any queries are answered promptly & concerns taken seriously. I am so thankful for TGA & I recommend to anyone who’ll listen
