As parents of two children who attend here, we couldn’t be happier. The staff are always attentive, very friendly and caring. They notice the little things and make sure every child feels safe, happy, and well looked after.<br><br>The meals are consistently great: nutritional, varied, and so tasty that the kids often request the recipes to be sent home. They also get snacks whenever they ask or seem hungry, which my two have always appreciated.<br><br>Both of my little ones are learning heaps through play and genuinely love coming. We see them growing in confidence and independence every day. The team regularly goes above and beyond with transitions, thoughtful communication, and the everyday care of the children.<br><br>The educators create a wonderful balance of free play, safety, and nurturing routines that help every child thrive. I've been absolutely delighted with the care my two children receive and highly recommend this daycare to other families.

I couldn’t speak more highly of this wonderful centre. The educators and staff are genuinely caring, and the warm, inclusive and family-focused environment they create is exceptional.<br>The children’s meals are fantastic, with so much thought put into providing nutritious and varied food.<br>What really sets this centre apart is how much they care for the whole family. During a particularly stressful time for our family, the team went above and beyond to provide both emotional and practical support. Their kindness and understanding have meant so much.<br>It’s so much more than a daycare centre. I’m incredibly grateful for the care they give my son and couldn’t imagine trusting another centre with him more than this one.

I am Learning Team is not in a sync with other day cares and parent's expectations. Not everything has to be perfect at one place, but acceptance is that we all should have.<br>My concerns out of which few have been addressed, no doubt about it, hence I have given them 3 stars, not 1.<br>1. They have stopped keeping fruits on the kitchen shelf as they think kids take a bite, and throw it.<br>-->It's a kinder and a daycare where the free play culture should be promoted, kids are not in the school. Please be mindful that the kids will learn by doing silly things. A centre right opposite has parent lounge, coffee machine, we haven't asked for it right? Coles or Wollies offer free fruits, they don't think it will be eaten or thrown. It's about the mindset.<br>2. This morning, the morning tea basket was parked outside each room, and I literally noticed quality of the fuits were not good, especially bananas, and I reported this to the management. Fruits have their age, if not consumed timely distribute it, don't stress too much about the costing, in a year you have done 2 rate hikes from $140 to $146 and then to $154<br>3. While dropping my little one, I noticed water trolley was sitting in the sun with few plastic bottles. I requested educators to park it on the side, as direct sun exposure is not good for the plastic.<br>4. Once my little one took an alphabet from the puzzle, and was trying to keep it with him with no intentions to return. Educator literally came till the main gate, grabbed it from him, and make him cry, and said this will spoil puzzle if any alphabet is missing, hardly cost $3 at kmart for a set.<br><br>The mindset is not right, if they do this in front of the kids, behind us if our kids really get what they need. Remember we are in the service industry, so pls work on serving skills, mindset needs to be changed and worked on.<br>My kid is comfortable here, but if I have to change the centre, should be fine, one more week and kids to settle everywhere.<br>Note - Don't reach me out for this, if you guys will make changes, I will edit or delete.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️<br><br>We have had such a wonderful experience with I Am Learning Mernda over the past two years, and I genuinely cannot recommend the centre highly enough.<br><br>From the management team to the educators, cook and support staff, the level of care, warmth and dedication shown to the children is incredible. There is a real sense that every child is known, nurtured and genuinely cared for.<br><br>What I particularly love is that the children are exposed to so much more than just learning. The centre provides a wide range of experiences and extracurricular activities that help build confidence, independence, creativity and social skills, with the educators working incredibly hard to help develop well-rounded little individuals.<br><br>Changing my daughter to I Am Learning Mernda was one of the best decisions we made, and two years later, I am still so grateful we did.<br><br>A special shout-out to Priya and Aparna, who do an exceptional job managing the centre. Their commitment, approachability and genuine care for the children and families really shines through.<br><br>An incredible centre with an incredible team. Highly recommend! ❤️

Absolutely Wonderful Experience! As a parent, leaving your one-year-old in someone else’s care is never easy—but this childcare center has truly exceeded all our expectations. From day one, the staff have been warm, nurturing, and incredibly attentive to our little boy’s needs. The environment is clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed for young children to explore, play, and learn. Our son has blossomed socially and emotionally since starting here. The caregivers not only ensure he’s well-fed and rested, but they also engage him in activities that support his development in the most joyful way. We get daily updates with photos and notes, which gives us peace of mind and helps us feel connected to his day. The team is professional, compassionate, and truly passionate about what they do. My son has been attending this childcare since he was 2 years old, and now he has graduated from kindergarten. This has been the best childcare experience for him! A wonderful first time childcare experience for my son who started in January this year. I can’t thank the team in this centre enough, from the first phone call with Aparna, to meeting with Priya, Sangeetha and the entire team in the Desert 2 room, we could feel the warmth and care that this centre provides to all children and their families. The team supported us through the initial tough days as my son was suffering from separation anxiety and continued to extend their care in each step of his development and growth. Together we celebrated his small wins and I always knew he was well cared for during his not so happy moods. Today he is a confident communicator with interpersonal ability that has matured over the year and we owe it to this centre for facilitating a safe and kind environment that allows him to grow with resilience. The inclusivity and multiculturalism that this centre incorporates in the curriculum is a wonderful learning experience for not just children but parents too. I wish that this centre keeps growing and has multiple branches across Australia. Thank you once again for being there for us:)

Best childcare centre in the neighbourhood. Not a day goes by that I am not amazed by how much the kids are learning. Excellent educators and management. A big thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of our kids in every way.
