Nicholas has been attending Guardian Truganina ever since we moved from New Zealand when he was just a baby. As first-time parents, moving to a new country was overwhelming, but the centre welcomed us with open arms and supported us every step of the way.<br><br>Now that Nicholas is in the babys room 1-2year old…As a working mum, there is nothing more valuable than having peace of mind while I’m at work. Knowing Nicholas is at daycare and that Monica is there gives me so much comfort. One of my favourite moments every morning is when I drop Nicholas off and he runs straight to Monica with the biggest smile. That alone tells me everything I need to know. It shows the trust, love, and genuine bond they have, and as a mum, that is absolutely priceless.<br><br>I truly appreciate every educator at Guardian Truganina because they all care so much about the children, but there is something really special about Monica.<br><br>Monica doesn’t just do her job, she goes above and beyond every single day. She leads Nicholas with so much patience, kindness, and genuine care, while also encouraging his learning and development in ways that amaze me. As a first-time mum, I have learned so much from Monica myself. She has shared advice, celebrated Nicholas’ milestones with us, and always takes the time to communicate and support our family. She has become someone I genuinely trust, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the role she has played in Nicholas’ early years.<br><br>It is clear that Monica genuinely loves what she does, and that love shines through in the way she cares for every child. We’ve had a wonderful experience with this childcare centre. My daughter has been attending for the past four years, and she has loved every moment. The educators are caring, kind, and dedicated, creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.<br><br>The staff always keep us informed about her progress and make every child feel valued. It’s reassuring to know she’s happy, well looked after, and excited to go each day. We truly appreciate everything the team has done for our family over the years. The center has undergone significant changes, and the current staff's quality appears to differ from that of previous personnel. Additionally, the management's ability to prevent the center's decline seems to be a concern. My son will be transitioning from the center to preparatory education next year. We extend our best wishes for the center's future endeavors.

My daughter started this week and I couldn’t be happier with our experience so far. The staff have been incredibly welcoming, caring, and supportive, making her transition into childcare so much easier.
