We have had the most wonderful experience at Emali, Prospect. I was nervous to send my daughter to child care as I was not sure how she would go being away from me, but from our first visit we were made to feel so welcome and she settled in beautifully - I am sure that this is due to the wonderful, gentle nature of the staff and their approach which is firmly rooted in forming strong attachment with the children. All of the staff we have met seem dedicated and committed to the wellbeing and development of the children. We were encouraged to do orientation visits which made me feel so confident to see her thrive and settle in her room. I feel confident that my child is well looked after and having a great experience when she is there, which makes me feel that I can really focus on what I need to do (eg work) when she is there. I am so grateful we have had such a positive child care experience. I really can’t imagine my daughter going to child care anywhere else!

My daughter has been attending Emali Prospect for six months now, and I can honestly say that it’s been a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were immediately struck by the warmth and professionalism of Nargis and Madi. They made us feel so welcomed and reassured, which ultimately led us to make the decision on that very first day—and we’ve never looked back! Remarkably, within just one week, my daughter had fully adapted to the childcare environment. She was excited to go every day, and I could see how much she was growing and learning. It was truly a smooth transition, and she was always happy and progressing. Every teacher we’ve met since then has been incredibly professional and caring. It’s clear that the entire team is passionate about what they do, and that enthusiasm is reflected in the way they engage with the children. I’ve always felt confident in leaving my daughter in their hands. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Emali Prospect to any parent looking for a nurturing, professional, and supportive childcare setting. It’s been an excellent choice for us!

Our son has attended Emali Prospect for the past 3 years and our daughter from this year. In this time, we have had a wonderful experience. While there have been staff changes over the years, we have never felt this negatively impacted the care provided to our kids. In fact, it always amazed us that every staff member knew our kids by name, what their interests were and clearly had a great connection with them. We are so grateful to Madi and the entire Emali Prospect team for supporting our family and always being flexible to accommodate our changing needs. I would highly recommend them to other young families.

Highly recommend to enrol your child at Emali Prospect. My son has been going to Email Prospect for 4 years now and we've had an amazing experience. The staff is very friendly and respectful. My daughter recently started in the walkers room and the staff have been so amazing and very helpful when it comes to making sure she settles in. She has two main workers she loves but everyone is doing an amazing job!

Highly recommend this centre, if you are thinking about enrolling definitely do it! Staff are so beautiful and treat all the kids so well! It’s like a big family and I trust them all so much with my child! Best decision we have made going to Emali at Prospect, we have seen so much positive growth since attending, if i could give more than 5 stars i would!

I highly recommend this centre. The Director is very kind, caring and listens to any problems we are having. The staff are all very friendly and professional Maddie and Rad are two of the most caring staff I have ever met. They really focus on the children as individuals and get to know them and how best to support there growth and development 🙌 👏.
