We couldn't be happier with our experience at Goodstart Prospect. From the very first tour, it was clear that this is a centre that genuinely cares. Nashali, the Centre Director, and every member of her team are absolutely wonderful. They create such a calm, caring and welcoming environment, and you can see the genuine love and care they have for each child.<br><br>The initial tour was incredibly well organised, and the enrolment process was easily the most efficient I've experienced in a long time. Everything was explained clearly, communication was prompt, and the entire process was seamless.<br><br>Since starting, the communication from the centre has continued to be excellent—it's always timely, informative and reassuring. It's obvious that the team takes great pride in what they do and works hard to build strong relationships with families.<br><br>I would highly recommend Goodstart Prospect to any family looking for a nurturing, organised and professional early learning centre. We feel very fortunate to have found such a caring team for our child. Couldn't be happier with the place!

Our daughter has been with Goodstart Prospect for 2 years now and from the moment she was enrolled, the staff and management have been nothing short of outstanding.<br><br>In recent times though, where our daughter had some external challenges that started to impact on her time at Goodstart, the current Centre Director Nashali Goonetilleke, was pivotal in coordinating supports and strategies to meet our child’s needs.<br>Nashali made us feel heard, she consulted with us on best strategies; provided feedback often and liaised with staff to ensure a team approach was adopted.<br>There are standard expectations as a parent to what early learning centres provide, but we are truly appreciative of the Goodstart Prospect team and their care and compassion to allow our little one to thrive again. We have had our daughter at Goodstart Prospect since she was 5 months old (she’s now 2.5), and we couldn’t be happier with the centre and the care she receives. We toured multiple centres in the area prior to enrolling her and cannot fault our decision to choose Goodstart. Our daughter is always so excited to go, and it’s clear she feels loved, safe, and genuinely cared for by all of the staff. Every educator knows her by name and greets her so warmly each day, which means so much to us as parents. The educators plan thoughtful and engaging learning experiences, and we’ve seen our daughter grow so much in all areas of her development during her time here. All of the staff - from the front desk to all rooms - are incredibly friendly and always open to conversations about how best to support her, both now and as she continues to grow. That level of communication and care is something we truly value. We are so grateful for the safe, supportive and nurturing environment that Goodstart Prospect has created and highly recommend this centre to other families.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Goodstart Early Learning has been an absolute home away from home for our family. Both of our children have attended, and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. Our eldest started at just 6 months old and grew through the centre all the way to kindy, they've now started school and I genuinely believe the foundation Goodstart gave them set them up beautifully for that next step. Watching them walk confidently through the school gates was a proud moment that felt deeply connected to everything the educators at Goodstart nurtured in them. What really sets this place apart is the community. It's warm, it's genuine and it truly feels like family. The staff know your children by heart and you feel that care every single day at drop-off and pick-up. We couldn't recommend Goodstart highly enough to any family looking for a childcare centre where their little ones will be loved, supported and given the best possible start in life. We are so grateful.

We’ve been with this center for 2 years. I have a 3yrs old girl and 2yrs old boy, they really love it. The center is beautiful and clean, big yard for kids to play, plenty of activities daily from the educators and healthy, delicious meals provided. Staff is very supportive, friendly and caring. I can clearly see my kids are growing and developing their personal skills day by day, exploring new things and be more confident.

We couldn’t be happier with the team at Goodstart Prospect (Fitzroy). The care and attention they show every day is genuinely fantastic. They’ve played such a big role in helping my Daughter grow, develop and thrive. It’s been amazing to see her confidence come on so strongly, and she absolutely loves going each day. She talks about her educators and friends all the time, knows everyone by name, and has built some really special friendships. I chose Goodstart EL Prospect for my two-year-old daughter, partly due to our positive experience with an inter-state Goodstart centre for my elder daughter, and also because of the warm and welcoming impression I received during the School tour with Shanea. Over the past three months, I’ve been very happy with the decision - it’s been a joy to see my daughter enjoying her time at daycare and having fun each day. I truly appreciate the genuine care and support provided by Ellisha, Nicola, and Joey. The new and clean facilities are also a wonderful bonus.

We've been with them for two years, both our daughter (who recently graduated) and our son (who still attends) absolutely love it. Staff is incredibly courteous and caring, creating a warm environment where our children are genuinely happy.

The care and attention Sarim received at this centre for the last 1.5 years was amazing.
