We’ve had the most wonderful experience at ELC and I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible staff. Sherie, Janelle and Melanie at the front desk are truly exceptional, always welcoming with warm smiles, genuine care and a remarkable ability to make every family feel seen and supported. Their kindness and attentiveness create such a comforting and positive first impression every single day. The educators and teaching staff are equally outstanding. Their compassion, patience and dedication shine through in everything they do, from the thoughtful way they nurture each child’s growth to the creativity and energy they bring to every learning experience. It is clear that they genuinely care for the wellbeing and development of every child in their care. One of the many things we love about ELC is the incredible variety of enriching experiences they offer. Children enjoy learning Mandarin, participating in music and sports classes, and engaging in creative arts activities, all thoughtfully designed to inspire learning, expression and confidence. On top of that, the outdoor experiences are amazing. From bush walks to visits down to the river, the connection with nature is a beautiful and refreshing part of their program. Our daughter absolutely loves her time at ELC - in fact, she never wants to leave. The holiday programs are also fantastic, engaging, well-organized and full of fun, all while maintaining the same high standard of care and attention. What truly sets ELC apart is their emphasis on core values and virtues such as gentleness, kindness and respect. These values are not just words - they are lived and encouraged daily. You can see this reflected in how the children interact with one another, showing genuine care, empathy and compassion in their relationships. ELC is more than just a centre. It is a nurturing, inspiring community. We are so grateful to be part of it and deeply appreciative of the love, kindness and dedication shown by the whole team every single day. MLC Early Learning Centre provides exceptional care in a warm, nurturing environment. The kind and compassionate educators and administrative staff create a safe space where every child feels valued and supported. Meals are balanced and nutritious. Days are filled with enriching learning opportunities (eg bush school, river school, music, mandarin and sports) that help the children thrive in every way. The beautiful sense of community truly feels like family. We cannot speak more highly of this fun-loving, safe, and inspiring centre for our children.

We could not be happier with the MLC ELC staff and environment. They have given our son the best possible start in life and the teachers and staff feel more like family than employees. I would like to thank them for all their efforts and the amazing job they do.

Upon arrival of our orientation, no one was at the reception to greet us at the agreed time. When we went to the room, the teacher advised me that it was an awkward time, even though this was the time option provided to me by their manager. The children were given food and my child was left out as they had not catered to her dietary requirements. Which made us feel quite excluded and uncomfortable. When we were outside, there was an incident where a girl was clearly in distress, there was a lack of empathy and lack of knowledge of how to help a child regulate her emotions. When we were outside, the toddlers came out without jackets or shoes. It was windy and cold. It began raining and the assistants began yelling at the toddlers to get inside. It was very poorly handled and chaotic to say the least. I left the room feeling extremely stressed and would not want my child to go into that environment. I feel quite sorry for the educator who clearly has minimal support. When I emailed that we would not be attending after the orientation, the manager did not even care to ask why. I had a positive experience during the tour and it is disappointing to see how far apart your early learning centre quality is from the school. It is disappointing that our $650 fee must be absorbed by MLC Early Learning Centre especially after such a poorly managed experience and that our child did not even attend a day on her own.
