I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of Leppington Willowdale Early Learning Centre.<br><br>Choosing a childcare centre and trusting other people with the most precious person in your life is an enormous decision. From the very beginning, this centre has given me something every parent hopes to find — complete confidence that when I leave my child each day, she is not simply being cared for, but is genuinely known, valued, encouraged and loved.<br><br>The educators here are truly exceptional. They take the time to understand each child as an individual — their personality, their needs, their strengths and the little things that make them who they are. The relationships they build with the children are genuine, warm and nurturing, and you can see how much care goes into creating an environment where children feel safe enough to explore, learn, grow and become confident in themselves.<br><br>What also makes this centre so special is the relationship they build with families. Communication is open, thoughtful and personal, and I have always felt that my voice as a parent is heard and respected. There is a wonderful sense that families and educators are working together with the same goal: giving each child the very best opportunity to thrive.<br><br>The centre itself offers such a beautiful balance of learning, play, independence, creativity and connection with the natural world, but for me, its greatest strength will always be its people and the culture they have created.<br><br>When you don’t have a large support network around you, finding people you genuinely trust with your child means more than I can put into words. Somewhere along the way, the educators here became part of our village, and I will always be incredibly grateful for that.<br><br>If you are a parent considering Leppington Willowdale Early Learning Centre, I could not recommend it more highly. It is a very special place, filled with people who genuinely care about the children and families who walk through their doors. ❤️

We have had such a wonderful experience at this childcare centre. The two sisters who own and run it are incredibly dedicated and truly go above and beyond for the children and their families. All of the staff are wonderful, caring and approachable, and it is clear they genuinely love what they do.<br><br>The centre is always spotless, well-organised and welcoming. The food provided is fantastic, with a great variety of healthy meals that my son genuinely enjoys. It’s reassuring to know he is being so well cared for throughout the day.<br><br>What has impressed us most is how much our son has learnt since attending. His language, confidence, social skills and independence have all grown so much, and it’s clear that the educators put a lot of thought and effort into helping each child develop and thrive.<br><br>We are so grateful for the nurturing environment they have created and highly recommend this centre to any family looking for exceptional childcare.

We are so happy with this daycare. My son has settled in so easily! It’s been amazing to see how comfortable he feels. He doesn’t hesitate at drop off, which says a lot about how safe and happy he is here. The centre is always clean and well maintained. The staff truly stand out, they build genuine personal connections while still being professional, and it’s clear they really care about the children. We feel very grateful to have found such a supportive environment.

The joy and passion this childcare has for the children truly lights up my heart. My little one absolutely loves it here and looks forward to coming every day. The educators are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth and happiness. Highly highly highly recommend this amazing centre!!! Where do I start with this incredible centre? The staff and all the helpers in the centre are super amazing, extremely clean centre, incredible resources for the kids to have an amazing time while learning new things throughout their day in the centre but the most exciting and importantly are the animals in the centre which helps the children feel comfortable, relaxed and happy throughout their day . If only this amazing centre was opened a couple years ago my daughter would have gone there from day 1. To the directors and centre managers Diana and Rosana you’re both amazing, super friendly and make the children feel sooo comfortable in the centre but most importantly is the support, love and support you both show all the children is outstanding and just amazing. Thank you so much for showing so much support, care, kindness and love to the children and also to the parents thank you!!! Highly highly highly recommend this incredible centre. My daughter’s excitement every time she attends the centre she doesn’t want to leave by the end of the day.
