We signed up our daughter about 5 weeks ago, full-time hours, 5 days a week. We did this bc we were told by one of the managers at Aspire on Travencore that the kinder hours were free for families to help with the costs of daycare. However, we found out today that they are not free and instead discounted hours. Because of this, this put a financial strain on our family because we only have one income at the moment since we recently moved to Australia from New Zealand. We were very honest and transparent with Brooke about our situation from the start which is why we thought this would be an awesome daycare to fit our daughter. The managers Geetanjali and Brooke both give out different information to families regarding costs and information regarding Kinder Hours. Managers especially need to learn the right information before relaying out misleading info to families. Geetanjali also would not waive the 4 weeks termination fees for us even though this was their mistake. We had to take this issue up to head office in order for them to waive the 4 weeks termination contract. Geentajli did not take any accountability or was even sorry for their mistake. Just told me on the phone that we “Absolutely” have to pay for THEIR MISTAKE. However we went higher up then those two and managed to get it sorted so I’m thankful for the head office of Aspire for sorting out this issue. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE MANAGERS AT ASPIRE TARNEIT PLACE ON TRAVENCORE.<br><br>Beware whānau before taking your kids here as I wonder how many families have been to shy to speak up and say anything and just end up paying for this daycares mistakes.

My daughter started attending Aspire this year. She took a little time to settle in during the beginning, but after about two months, she settled in so well that Aspire became a very happy place for her.<br><br>The educators are incredibly welcoming, caring and supportive, which made the transition much easier for her and for us as a family. Kelly and Daman have been amazing and have built such a warm and positive relationship with her.<br><br>Kelly, in particular, is very caring and attentive to my daughter’s individual needs. She takes the time to understand her interests, strengths and areas for development, and thoughtfully sets goals to support her learning and growth. It is lovely to see how much care and effort she puts into helping my daughter feel confident, included and happy.

They are both very caring, patient, kind, and supportive, and they always make Gurman feel comfortable, happy, and welcomed.<br><br>We have noticed such a positive experience for Gurman, and we really appreciate the time, effort, and dedication they put into caring for the children. Aspire Early Education is an amazing place for our son. We started daycare here when our baby was just 6 months old. Initially, we sent him for a couple of hours three times a week, but we gradually increased his time, and he now happily goes for 8+ hours each day.<br><br>Aspire helped us right from the start and created a warm, comfortable environment for Aris. Although Liza left after three months, both she and Centre Manager Brooke were extremely helpful during our transition, offering us so many great tips for caring for our little one.<br><br>Our son spends a lot of time with Satwinder, Kiran, and Abhinaya. He has built a wonderful trust with them and thoroughly enjoys his time at the center. They maintain healthy meal options for all the babies, and it's been amazing to see our son learn to eat independently since joining. They also organize super fun activities and theme days, like Jeans Day and Pajama Day! Plus, they keep us updated daily through the Storypark app, making it so easy to follow his daily routines, weekly activities, goals, and center news.<br><br>We are so grateful and extremely happy with Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Tarneit Place!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Aspire Tarneit Square. The centre has a warm, welcoming and caring environment, and the educators are friendly, professional and genuinely passionate about the children’s learning and wellbeing.<br><br>The facilities are modern, clean and thoughtfully designed, with great spaces for children to learn, play and explore. We really appreciate the communication with families and the effort the team puts into making the children feel happy, comfortable and supported. My daughters teachers Kranti and Satinder are always warm, welcoming, kind and support her skills 💕💕💕<br><br>Overall, Aspire Tarneit is a fantastic place for early learning, and I would happily recommend it to other families looking for a caring and quality childcare centre. ❤️
