Being a first time parent, the team at Footsteps by Faith has been amazing as I have transitioned back to work. They are always welcoming to me and I am confident that my son is looked after by the staff like he is their family. My son has come so far in a short period and I can't wait to see what his preschool journey will bring him while we are at Footsteps.

This is one of the most friendly, caring and accommodating childcare centres I have used. My children loved all their educators and were thoroughly engaged while being there. This year, we had to relocate overseas due to work opportunities. We very much wish we could have brought Footsteps with us.

Absolutely love this place! I found Footsteps just after we moved to the area almost 2 years ago. After a lengthy talk with the new owners about my kids, we had a tour and felt very at ease. My youngest is on the spectrum and we wanted to make sure their needs were catered for. Our previous childcare was a family/at home care service where we became part of the family and it was really important for us to have that carry on when we moved. Footsteps by faith has definitely cared for my kids like they are family! The kids are excited to go every day. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Had my 2 children in the centre (one was I the nursery and the other in the bigger kids room). We found the facility to seriously lack in resources. Our eldest did not appear to be adequately educated, during their time there. It was also very concerning to see other children dangerously throwing items, with educators appearing not to bat an eyelid. Our youngest was often not given her bottles correctly and found we would pick them up and they would be miserable and starving. It didn’t appear value for money at all, especially as the centre was quite expensive. Whilst the staff were nice, we do regret sending our children there for the short time they were there, as they did pick up bad habits and didn’t seem to progress at all with their skills and knowledge.

Wonderful place all that carers are amazing and the facilities are top notch 👌 👍
