I went to a lot of daycares across the Sunshine Coast to find the perfect one I travel 30mins here and another 30mins home because it’s worth the drive, I instantly had a good feeling when walking in to this daycare, my son has been here for almost two years now and being an anxious mum I havn’t had any stress with the thought of leaving him there with the amazing educators, my son loves coming here and I couldn’t thank them enough for being so caring and loving towards my son each day.

Our daughter had a very difficult start to her childcare journey. Before visiting Out and About, we tried another centre on the Coast, but despite various strategies, we just couldn’t make it work. From the moment we visited Out and About, everything felt different. Our daughter immediately connected with the educators in the baby room — the space was bright, happy, and full of positive energy. Coming from a foreign-language background, we were incredibly impressed by how the team went above and beyond to communicate with our 11-month-old and make her feel comfortable. The educators were always patient, caring, and supportive as we gave childcare a second try. Our daughter has settled in beautifully, and we are forever grateful to have found the amazing team at Out and About. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this centre to other families.

Highly recommend Out & About Care & Education Newspaper Place to anyone looking for caring, nurturing childcare. We have been attending since the centre first opened and we couldn't be happier with our choice in care 3+ years later. We now travel a fair distance just to attend Out & About and the peace of mind for quality care is worth the travel 100%. For me a clear sign is alot the staff have been there from the beginning and all know our children (even staff from other rooms), the meals the chef's make are fantastic and the outdoor play spaces are so great that my children never want to leave 😆.

We have had a wonderful first experience with our baby starting daycare! I was so anxious trying to decide on a centre but couldn’t be happier with our choice - the centre is clean, inviting and it is clear from the moment you enter that this daycare truly cares about providing a great experience for children and their families. The entire team from admin, to the chefs, educators, director and owner are so warm and welcoming and go out of their way to greet us every time. The educators in the Hello Baby are incredible and go above and beyond to provide such wonderful care to our little boy :)

A beautiful centre, with the most amazing staff!!

My daughter has been attending Out & About for just over 12 months. The staff are just wonderful and we've only had positive experiences at the centre. My daughter recently transitioned rooms and the process has gone so smoothly for both my daughter and I. She just loves her days at day care and is always smiling when I turn up. The educators are so kind, calm, supportive and nurturing with all the kids. The center itself has a lovely and warm feeling with great facilities. The rooms are well equipped with lots of age appropriate toys. A great centre all round and I would highly recommend parents/carers to check out O&A Newspaper Place.

This is our son's 2nd year at Out and About, and we couldn't recommend it more. The facilities, staff and care provided are exceptional. The outdoor environment is incredibly spacious with lots of different areas for the children to explore. Our son loves attending and has made great connections with all of the educators.

My son joined 2 years ago and we have not looked back. I went to view the daycare without prior booking and everything about it was just what I thought my son needed. I also loved they didn’t use the technology to take pictures and upload to a portal they would rather use that time to be with the children. It takes a village and these beautiful educators they help raise my child to be a loving kind caring and resilient little person fully equipped to continue his learning in prep. Can not thank the team at newspaper place and I will miss everyone who I got to know. My son said in the car “my heart will break when I leave daycare” that’s testimony to each of the educators that have been part of the most important years a child can have. Out and About has been a wonderful center for my children from the very start. The educators are friendly, polite and warm. They know all of the kids names from all the different rooms, they always make an effort to be warm and friendly. The same staff have been there since my kids were very small! My kids love going there! The classrooms are clean, fresh and neat. The chef is outstanding... He greets us every morning and is always up for a hearty chat. His cooking is varied and my kids love it. There is absolutely nothing to fault about this center.

We couldn’t be happier with the care, attention and learning that our two boys have had with Out & About Maroochydore. Every member of the O&A team are supportive, helpful, kind and welcoming. The centre has a fantastic outdoor space with plenty of grass for the kids to run around. They spend a lot time outside which we have loved. I spent a really long time trying to find the right place for us and I am so grateful to have found Out & About. Could not speak more highly of the centre and the team there.
