Our centres are built with open sightlines, glass doors and discreet viewing panels to support safe supervision. CCTV operates in key areas to assist leadership oversight.
We carefully screen every person who works at Harmony. We verify qualifications, check references, confirm Working with Children Checks and deliver full induction training before any educator begins.
We recognise the importance of healthy foods and drinks for your child’s growth and well-being. That’s why we are dedicated to offering wholesome, nutritious, and balanced meals every day. Additionally, we fully support breastfeeding mothers and warmly welcome you to come into your child’s studio to feed at any time.
Our bi-weekly seasonal menus are thoughtfully curated by our chefs and displayed on the kitchen noticeboard in each centre. They offer a variety of options that can be tailored to meet the individual needs of every child. We have collaborated with medical and paediatric nutrition experts to ensure our meals align with Nutrition Australia’s national guidelines, promoting healthy growth and development.

My 8 month old has recently started at this centre. Educators and admin staff have all been very welcoming and caring. Educators have been great at communicating all the needs of my son. Drop off and pick up have been easy due to the relationships he already has with his room educators. Centre is large, has a wide variety of indoor and outdoor facilities and always feels clean. Highly recommend. Thanks for taking care of my baby.

I honestly cannot thank this daycare enough for everything they have done for my little boy and our family. ❤️ From the bottom of my heart, the staff are absolutely amazing, and I am so grateful for every single person who plays a part in making this place so special.<br>Watching how much my son has grown, learnt and developed since starting here has been incredible. He has learnt so many new things, gained new skills, built confidence and reached so many beautiful little milestones. My husband and I recently attended Harmony while searching for a daycare for our 9-month-old daughter. As first-time parents, the process can feel incredibly daunting — trying to find not just a facility, but the right people to entrust with your whole world. We were hoping to find somewhere our daughter would be safe, nurtured, and supported with the same love and care we give her at home. From the moment we attended our meet and greet, we felt reassured. Alice, the director, was truly wonderful. She made me feel genuinely heard and took the time to thoughtfully answer every question we had. She walked us through policies, procedures, developmental approaches, cleanliness standards, and team practices in a way that eased so many of my concerns. Her warmth and openness made a lasting impression on us. Alice also suggested we attend a stay-and-play session so we could meet the nursery team, particularly the room leader, and experience the environment firsthand. We are so grateful we did. Alanah, the room leader, was so kind and approachable, answering all of our questions with patience and care. Carla was equally lovely and attentive, making us feel completely comfortable. Both of them made my husband, our daughter, and I feel welcomed and valued throughout our visit. We also met another beautiful team member (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name) whose child is also in the nursery. Our interaction with her was just as positive — she was warm, reassuring, and helped us feel even more at ease. From the warm greetings on arrival to the genuine attentiveness shown during our time there, we never once felt ignored, dismissed, or like we were asking too many questions. Instead, we felt supported and understood. Thank you for such a positive and reassuring experience. It’s interactions like these that truly put a parent’s mind at ease and make the decision to place our child in your care feel like the right one. We are incredibly grateful.
