I’m extremely disappointed with the level of care at this childcare centre. My 4-month-old babies were sent home with completely full nappies, which is unacceptable and shows a lack of basic attention to their needs. Upon asking for a second opinion from a medical professional they said it looked like the nappies had not been changed at all during the day. Even more concerning, they were not fed for over six hours. At that age, babies should never be left that long without a bottle. Being told they were “sleeping” is not a valid excuse — their wellbeing should come first. Mind you the baby that they didn't feed for six hours won't go more then 5 minutes past his mealtime without crying. They also sleep checked him 15 times between his feeding time and the time that they actually fed him. Which shows they were aware of the situation but just could not be bothered to do anything about it. When contacting them to ask why they had not been fed yet i was met with quite a bit of attitude and she told me he was sleeping and that they were making his bottle now in quite a rude tone, if i had not called maybe they would have waited even longer. To make matters worse, I noticed footprints on the mats right where their faces and dummies are placed face down. That raises serious hygiene concerns, especially for infants who are constantly putting their faces and hands on those surfaces. When speaking with a staff member i asked about how busy the days get and they told me that on a Thursday the baby to staff ratio is 15 children to 2 staff members which i find absolutely ridiculous. Overall, this experience has been really upsetting. I trusted this centre to properly care for my babies, and they failed to meet even the most basic standards. The lack of care at this centre is absolutely appalling, i feel bad for even taking my babies to such a horrible place. I would not recommend this centre to other parents.

I have 2 kids currently at Community Kids Morisset, 1 has been there for 4 years, the other for a year now. We have been really happy with our experience over the years, particularly over the past couple of months. It is clear the centre has strong leadership with both their employees and kids top of mind. When you walk in everyone is friendly and welcoming and morale always appears high. Any questions or queries I have are answered promptly. Would 100% recommend this centre to anyone.

Love Community Kids @ Morisset. The staff and all the educators are wonderful and truly care for your little ones. Would recommend them to anyone in need of care and or preschool for their little ones for sure.

My daughter absolutely loves coming here each day and it is no doubt due to the quality of educators that are within this centre as well as the new centre manager who has recently come in and made some real noticeable & positive changes. The centre has a positive feel about it the moment you walk in the door. The educators are always welcoming and friendly as you walk in the door, even if they aren't the sole educators looking after your child. The food always smells amazing as you walk in the door, and my fussy eating daughter enjoys the meals prepared. A special shout out to a few extra special educators who are honestly the reason why we have such a great experience with this centre - Tara, Renee, Ash, & Simone. Each of these ladies go above and beyond for the children and parents to ensure they are provided with quality care and the parents are being provided with regular updates. These ladies are always so happy and positive and take the time to listen to any concerns or changes that may be happening with my daughter. Truly such a lovely centre and highly recommended.

My daughter has attended Community Kids since 2019. I applied for attendance after many other recommendations. They have always been so caring, everyone we see knows her name and greets her with a smile. My daughter has always been happy to go every week and when I pick her up at the end of the day, although she’s happy to see me, she rarely wants to leave she is having so much fun! Always clean and great outdoor areas. They were patient and helpful during toilet training phase and ready with bandaids when accidents happen. When the time comes I will happily send him there also. I can not fault them.
