This is the best daycare in Townsville honestly (from my experience ) my son has been there for 4 years and always loved going there. The staff, teachers and the level of care they provide is top of the range honestly. We have moved to Ayr three months ago and my son still talks about how he loves his old day care. Every time we come to Townsville he always tells me to drive past the daycare so he can see his old day care ( makes me cry every time) but I know it’s because the teachers and staff were amazing!!!!! Love this daycare and we are very blessed that my son got the best care when he was there and now he will be in prep next year. Thank you for your amazing service!!!! Our son has been attending Sylvies since he was four months old and we couldn't be happier with his care. From day one we were told to, "think of this place as a second home" and that's how it's always felt. Visits outside of regular drop-off and pick-up times were always encouraged and helped so much while transitioning back to work. The nursery educators are incredibly warm, patient, and genuinely caring with his routines and preferences. Communication has been excellent and collaborative. This means so much to us, especially as he was (and still is) reaching milestones in his development. As our son will be attending the toddler room at the end of the year, we're excited that our newest addition will be joining the nursery too. We trust that he'll receive the same loving care from their great team.

Sylvie’s Early Learning is not just a daycare, it’s like a second home! They offer a great program, facilities and are always doing something different. The thing that really sets this centre apart, is the staff! Every single staff member has grown to be like family! Everyone is kind, caring and so considerate! They truely love the kids as if they were their own! There is nothing to big for Chantal the director! Chantal is honestly just special and my son loves seeing her day in day out for cuddles! I would have no hesitation in recommending Sylvie’s to anyone!

Lovely team of passionate educators and a Centre Manager who will go out of her way to help. New owners and positive improvements to come. Would definitely recommend this centre to anyone looking for childcare. Great city location

As a current parent of a child that attends this centre full time, I highly recommend this service as educators are amazing and easy to talk to and are very caring, also understanding of children's needs.
