I've been to 4 different daycares with my kids. I feel this daycare has been the best, but most $$$. But worth the price tag. Just documentation, activities for kids and has a good balance of structured and unstructured play. Staff ratio is great, and for me, all the staff are proficient at English, which shows in documentation.

All of the staff her are amazing. They are so kind and helpful and everyday they are smiling. I don’t know how they do it. Even the cook says hello every morning and afternoon as I walk through the hallway. Leaving here when we moved was the hardest thing. I would have stayed forever. All of my thanks to explore and develop north Ryde. They are amazing.

My daughter has been at this daycare since she was 6 months old. The team have been so wonderful looking after her (and us!) as we transition to being parents and back into full-time work. I looked at a lot of daycares before I settled on this one. They are absolutely a step ahead of the rest. They have beautiful rooms which are constantly reconfigured and updated with new things for the kids to interact with so they don’t get bored. They have a structured program and provide little reports at regular intervals to give you updates on how the kids are going. They also have an app where they share lots of photos and info about upcoming events. They organise morning teas too which is great so you can meet the other parents. We are always greeted with a smile in the mornings and it’s so nice to see my little one so happy to get her morning cuddle from the girls each day. Ms Angela, Ashley and Stephanie in the office have gone out of their way to accommodate our needs and help us navigate the inevitable daycare illnesses. Highly recommend you check out this centre and put your name down early if you are keen!

Fantastic daycare and caring staffs. Highly recommend to families around the area. I’ve enjoyed collaborating and working with all the staffs at North Ryde E&D.

Fantastic daycare. The staff are great and the daycare is very well managed. We are very happy with the care that our two boys receive. Highly recommended.

I would like to rate the lowest possible star on this child care. They are very unprofessional. 1.They keep you waiting for so long to open the entry door and twice they did not open the door for me when i went for enrolment. 2.They keep changing their staff so as soon as your child starts getting use to an educator; they are gone. 3.Their communication skills is horrible. 4. Quit often they dont change kids nappies On time so they get nappy rash which is unbelievable. Over all a very low standard child care. They are very close to me and much more suitable for me but I decided to cancel my daughter’s enrolment and take her somewhere else.

Both of my children love this centre. It has a very nurturing and personable approach, and the staff are all fantastic. They genuinely adore the children and are all very passionate about what they do. I drop off my kids here with 100% confidence that they are in the best care and are happy and having fun.
