After about one month at Inspire Early Learning Journey Montessori Chadstone, we are very happy with how our daughter has settled in.<br><br>What stands out to us most is how well organised the centre is. The daily routine, communication, and overall environment feel very structured and thoughtful. Everything seems to run smoothly, and as parents, this gives us a lot of confidence.<br><br>Our daughter looks genuinely happy going to the centre and appears very comfortable with the educators and other children. Her educators (Ms Orly, Lina, Danni, Joy and the team) are warm, caring, and genuine in their roles. I usually speak with them each day when I pick up my daughter, and I always feel that she is being well looked after.<br><br>Over this first month, we have noticed that our daughter enjoys attending the centre and has adapted much better than we expected. The team has made the transition much easier for our family, especially after the uncertainty of changing childcare centres.<br><br>We really appreciate the care, professionalism, and organisation shown by the Inspire team. We feel reassured that our daughter is in a safe, caring, and nurturing environment.

All the educators and teachers that we met are welcoming, passionate, caring and patient. They helped our child settle in each room quickly, transit between rooms smoothly. They also, most importantly, supported them to become a confident, independently, curious and happy child. Our child genuinely loves going to childcare every time and always comes home with a day full of positive memories.<br><br>We come from a bilingual background and wanted to maintain our child’s ability of speaking both mandarin and English. Inspire was the perfect childcare for this reason too. The educators and teachers were able to speak to him in Mandarin and English frequently enough that he has been able to maintain and communicate in both languages.<br><br>As a family, Inspire Chadstone campus gave us a warm welcome at the beginning and has given us a strong sense of belongingness here too. We are lucky to be part of the community here.

My child has been attending Inspire since the age of one, and we have had such a wonderful experience. The environment and facilities are excellent, clean, safe, and very welcoming for young children. The manager and all the educators are incredibly responsible, caring, and kind. We couldn't be happier with our experience at Inspire Early Learning Journey. Our child has been in the Lilly Pilly Room and absolutely loves going there every day. We recently visited Inspire Early Learning Journey Montessori Chadstone while looking for a new childcare centre for our daughter, as her current centre is closing. We had visited many other centres, but our daughter did not seem comfortable in most of them, which is understandable when a child is being introduced to a new environment. Our experience at Inspire was very different. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. They clearly understand how to help children feel safe and comfortable. During the tour, our daughter felt so at ease that she was happy to stay close to the educators and interact with the other children. The centre has a warm, family-like feeling. The environment is very organised, neat, and clean, and the family photos displayed throughout the centre give it a genuine sense of community and care. The educators were professional, patient, and engaging, and it was clear they knew how to connect with children and understand their needs. This really helped us make our decision. We were quite worried about the transition because changing childcare can be challenging, especially during a turbulent time with her current centre closing. However, the team at Inspire understood our concerns and made us feel reassured and supported. We are very happy with our experience so far and have decided to enrol our daughter at Inspire Early Learning Journey Montessori Chadstone. Based on our visit, we feel confident that she will be in a caring, safe, and nurturing environment. Highly recommended.
