Paisley Park is a lovely centre and we’re really happy to have our little one here.<br>Classes are smaller than other centres, so the educators can give each child the attention they need, everyone’s focussed on the children as their first priority in each aspect (education, health, emotional development, self actualisation and awareness, community and environment, etc), chef Steven makes wonderful meals and the cafe makes a great spot to do a gentle drop off approach over a gingerbread cookie, and the animals there are lovely for the children to interact with. We’re really happy with Paisley Park and would recommend them to everyone

Having recently moved to Melbourne, finding the right daycare for our daughter was my top priority however I can honestly say I have been super happy with my experience with Paisley Park Malvern so far…<br><br>The educators and management have been incredibly warm, welcoming and caring, and really helped make the transition to a new centre much easier for her. She’s been happy to go each day which is obviously my main concern given my partner and I both work full time so it’s been great to know she is comfortable and well looked after.<br><br>Communication has been great, Georgia has been really open and supportive in her transition so very grateful to have found this centre after our move!

My little girl has been going here since she was 11 months old. It was a very big transition for both myself and my daughter but the team at Paisley Park Malvern East made it as easy as possible. The staff are so enduring, caring and professional. Special shoutout to Mehak, Suhani and director Chandi who have been so wonderful to my daughter. Day after day, they show a beautiful caring nature for my daughter and are there for her in the best possible way. The daily activities are so fun and the the daily updates are so great. I can't thank the team enough for making our first daycare journey the best it could possibly be. Paisley Park offers a warm, family environment and it's been amazing!

They build strong relationships with both children and families, creating a welcoming environment. The meaningful activities keep the children engaged and learning every day, and the food is amazing.

We have been part of the Paisley Park family for the past two years, with both of our children attending, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience.<br><br>From the moment we walk through the doors each day, our children feel safe, loved and genuinely cared for. The educators are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to create a nurturing, fun and engaging environment. They put so much thought into the daily activities and learning experiences, and the education provided is outstanding. The kinder program is brilliant, and our children are always excited to go each day – some afternoons they don’t even want to come home!<br><br>A special mention also goes to the incredible chef, Stephen. He takes so much pride in preparing healthy, balanced meals for the children, and it really shows. The gingerbread is definitely the star of the show and always puts a smile on my kids’ faces!<br><br>I am especially grateful for the support our family has received over the years. When my son first started at Paisley Park, he had a speech delay and was unable to talk. Through the patience, guidance, encouragement and love of the educators, he has come such a long way, and his speech has developed beautifully. I will always be thankful for the care and support they have shown him and our family.<br><br>Thank you to everyone at Paisley Park for creating such a warm, caring and positive environment. Knowing that our children are happy, safe and loved every day means the world to us. We truly couldn’t recommend Paisley Park more highly.

My experience with Paisley is wonderful. I am happy that my son is provided with safe and supportive place.

Our child has been attending the center for over six months now and they love it there.<br><br>The educators are genuinely lovely and caring people. Those initial 4 weeks are rough, but the educators are so patient and made the extra effort to comfort our child during those times. Including holding them for 10+ mins straight to get them to nap because they were too upset (from the transition of going to day care) to sleep.<br><br>Some highlights:<br>• When we first joined, we would get a call every day to give us an update on how they were doing<br>• They tailor the nap schedule based on you and it is easy to communicate changes e.g Amount of naps, duration, cut off times<br>• Food always looks good and what we have sampled is delicious. There is a large variety<br>• Daily fun activities that align to the learning framework and are repeated (in different ways) to help consolidate the learning. Our child has learnt so many new words and understands more about the world<br>• The place is clean, laundry is done for the bedding used for naps<br>• They send out daily kitchen menu, daily reflection on activities the children did and daily chart (toileting, naps and food portions eaten)<br><br>For improvement:<br>• Monthly reflections on your child's learning (which we love) but doesn't happen consistently<br>• Weekly updates to share news and the educators for each day and each room (love this too), doesn't get sent out consistently<br>• The learning activities happen in the morning only and sometimes we struggle to get our child there early enough and they miss out on the first activity<br><br>In terms of educators, there are two main educators in our child's room but we have seen 5+ different educators from other rooms floating in and out, mostly during drop off times. I assume this is mostly due to scheduling and the start times of the educators. Also there are times when people are on leave, planned or otherwise, so we are not concerned about this.<br><br>Overall, we're happy with Paisley Park. Our little one enjoys going there each day now and interacting with everyone. They like to walk between the different connected rooms to see the other educators and have more toys to play with.

My daughter has been at Paisley Park for over a year now and we couldn’t be happier with the care at the centre and its staff. I especially love the variety in activities in their daily program from science, to arts and craft, P.E and music to name a few. Chandi, Jackie and the team are all very approachable and caring. I would highly recommend this centre.
