We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Stepping Stone Northfield Childcare & Early Development Centre. From day one, the educators have been so caring, supportive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They take the time to get to know each child, and it really shows.<br><br>My son has learned so much since attending, and it’s been amazing watching his confidence and development grow. I also love receiving updates and photos throughout the day, it gives me so much peace of mind knowing what he’s been up to and how his day is going.<br><br>One of my favourite things is that the cook involves the children in some of the cooking activities. It’s such a fun, hands-on way for them to learn new skills, build confidence, and try different foods.<br><br>The rooms never feel overcrowded, creating a calm, welcoming environment where the children receive plenty of attention and care. Communication is also excellent. If there’s ever an issue or something I need to know, the team always communicates with me promptly and keeps me well informed.<br><br>I highly recommend Stepping Stone Northfield Childcare & Early Development Centre to any family looking for a caring, safe, and nurturing childcare centre. The entire team goes above and beyond every day, and we’re so grateful to be part of such a wonderful community.

Both my children went to Stepping Stones Northfield, my boy started there before he could walk and just graduated. We have been so blessed to have them over the years. 10000% recommend!! The facilities are fantastic, the educators are phenomenal, my children have created true and lasting bonds with their educators and we will truly miss seeing them each week. They’re very inclusive and take on - AND REQUEST families to be engaged, even letting families add suggestions to their menus, it’s truly been the best for us.

The carers at northfield stepping stone have been so amazing for my child, they not only helped me raise her but have helped shape her into the child she is today. I cannot thank them enough!

Tamara and the girls here are amazing, my son looks forward to going everyday and can’t get in the door quick enough when it’s drop off time. He must have so much fun during the day that it requires a nap on the way home, I also enjoy the updates we get during the week with what they have been doing and learning about. The cooks food here is accommodating to my son’s dietary needs and from the amounts he eats it must be delicious. I would recommend the service to family and friends as it has a warm family oriented atmosphere.

Our children have been attending Northfield Centre for a number of years. We have been provided with a lovely, caring and welcoming environment. The director and staff has always ensured our children's needs are accommodated with support and care. It has always been an approachable environment in which we feel comfortable discussing our children's needs. Highly recommend this centre.

I started sending my son here in 2016 until starting school and now send my almost 2 year old. They were extremely helpful when my son started Kindy by allowing me to drop him at care then they took him over for half day at Kindy and vise versa for his Kindy morning sessions. My son still gets excited to say hello to the staff while dropping off his sister of before school. The staff have been professional, and supportive with both my kids and myself. I highly recommend this centre.

My son has been there one day after his enrolment. He did not eat and even drink water whole day. Nobody in staff encourage him to drink water at least. When we visit there to pick him, he was pale, lips dry. We pick his water bottle and gave to him and he started drinking water. It makes me nervous. It was hot day, even staff did not take off his beanie but they add one more cap on top while he was playing outside. Not had good experience and I regret for sending my son at this place.

I have not enrolled my child there but just based on a few visits the place is beautiful ,the staff were nice but did not seem enthuthiastic about their job.
