The daycare is home to a fantastic team of individuals. Debbie, who may come across as strict and focused on discipline, is in fact a very humble person. Ms. Salma and Jaz are especially adored by my son. Furthermore, there is Iqra, Megan, Kelly, Jenaya, Emma, Tayla, Julie, and other staff members whose names I have not mentioned, each with their own unique skills. This daycare is a wonderful place for young children to be. Ever since my child started attending, he has shown great progress in discipline and behavior.

Best childcare centre in the west Director is amazing

I have 4 children, all of which have attended the school over the years, I wouldn't have sent them anywhere else , the school and teachers make it feel like family and all my kids have loved attending here, sadly this is an end of an era this year as my last child will attend big school next year! We will surely miss all the friendly staff! recommend sending your child here.

Debbie and her team are incredible. All Three of my children have been attending My First School and they absolutely enjoy it.

My daughter went to my first school. Education provided at the centre is excellent. My daughter learned so much and grew so much in the time spent at my first school child care centre. Thank you to all the teachers at my first school.

If I could give lower than 1 star I would. Please if you want your child to be safe whilst at day care do not send your child here. My son on multiple occasions came home with black eyes , multiple bruises on many different occasions every time I confronted the director of this issue she would tell me she didn’t know and she’d look into it. One day in front of a staff member my son told me that the child that had been allowed to bully him for months with no incident reports ever written stomped on his back the staff member confirmed what my child was telling me was correct, the next day I rang and spoke to the director and she told me straight out my son was a liar she soon retracted her statement about my child when I let her know her staff member told me what had happened to my child. This day care has been reported to the education department for what they let happen to my boy! Please keep your children safe and send them elsewhere.

Being an parent and educator at this service this is a wonderful place for my daughter and I have seen so much change in her for how far she’s come and it’s because of her wonderful teachers and director of the centre I look forward to her progression as she continues to thrive being in a nurturing , caring environment full of learning and potential

Staff are amazing, very clean. All staff are great with the kids never had a problem and would 100% highly recommend.
