Randeep is best at handling the kids. She was able to guide us from day 1 in terms of how to approach the baby, where to give focus, what not to give focus, and what not! I never had to think about checking my baby at the daycare during the enrolment with Randeep. She was taking care of the baby for the last year. She was not just focusing on taking care of the babies, she encouraged the kids to learn, interact with other kids, and manage when they are cranky. Now we had to leave Randeep to another suburb, otherwise, Randeep would have been for first and last choice till my baby goes to kindy. My final words about Randeep from the current family daycare are: "Your kid is such a good one. You guys are raising the kid so well". It's not just us as parents. It's Randeep who made my kid to this stage.

Randeep is such a loving and understanding person. The amount of effort and time she puts in daily activities for the kids is commendable. Our son has been going there for more than a year now and we couldn't be happier with our daycare choice. Randeep @Vision Family Day Care Service is running the day care with her genuine interest to work with children and young people. Her understanding to cater the educational program for children is beyond my expectation. Every single moment I feel amazed and accepting the truth that there are few only born with the skills to teach and care children. Randeep truly understand my child's non verbal language skills and keep supporting them to become a life of learner. I as a parent been taught all about the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people's contribution of this land and the land which Randeep @Vision stand on for their learning and sharing. It was Deepawali Celebration with the family when I invited to join with other children and families to celebrate the multicultural experiences and knew that we standing on Darug land of the Aboriginal people. Randeep is filling the gap of learning in children and supporting them to develop the respect for everyone around them. she doesn't hesitate to remind me all about Healthy Food habits in children as well as the importance of being active.
