I’m impressed with Leap Start since my son started attending in February 2025. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely care about the children's well-being. The center is clean, well-organized, and provides a safe environment for kids to learn and grow. The educators are experienced, enthusiastic, and create engaging activities that cater to different learning styles. My son has made significant progress in his social, emotional, and cognitive development since joining the program.

I had seen a few other daycares before viewing Leapstart, but they all paled in comparison. I signed up then and there after my first visit. Some positives include, ✔️ Secure and children are not visible by strangers (which was a massive positive thing for me!) ✔️ Absolutely lovely staff (especially Vicky and Mikayla ❤️) that really care about my child. ✔️ Regular updates and daily stories posted on the app, allowing me to see what my daughter is up to. ✔️ Admin staff have been really helpful and understanding with adding/swapping my daughters days whilst I was changing jobs. ✔️ Awesome play area (cant wait for my daughter to be old enough to play on it!) Could not recommend a daycare more. My daughter has settled in so incredibly well, even reaching for staff when I'm dropping her off. I dont feel nervous or bad leaving her because I know she's going to have an amazing day. Thank you Leapstart ❤️

Our son started attending at 14 months old and as a first time parent I had a lot of worries. The entire team was so kind and patient with us, they took the time to answer all our questions, made sure to thoroughly understand our son, his eating habits/ sleeping habits/ playing habits, and made sure that we felt assured and confident in leaving him at daycare. We’ve been telling all our friends about LeapStart SR and trying to get them to transfer their kids over! He’s now 19 months old and is absolutely thriving 😂 Eats well, sleeps well, and plays well. We keep hearing how he eats 2-3 portions of food everyday and sleeps for almost 2h!

My twins have attended Leap Start from the baby room all the way through to Kindy. The team have been incredibly supportive of our family and go above and beyond in the care of their children. The layout and principles of the school are fantastic and I could not recommend the centre highly enough!

I cannot recommend leapstart more, I’m a parent who was very hesitant to send my child to daycare, afraid of what could happen, especially seeing all the horror stories online about the things that could happen but every single day my child attended leapstart, i was constantly updated, from the activities he participated in, the food he ate, the friends he played with and milestones/achievements he made. His initial days in leapstart, my son was upset and unsettled but his educators were so extremely patient and kind to him - to the point that he would willingly walk and reach out to his educators. Leapstart has managed to get my son out of his shell. The staff communicates so well and are so quick to reply and always communicate with kindness and professionalism. Leapstart is a space that is so clean and tidy and i find that its environment has allowed my child to thrive and grow

My daughter started this year and she is loving it! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. She is engaged in so many activities and experiences over her days and eats lots of yummy food

Leapstart in Southern River are fantastic, they have it all! My son has attended since he was 9 months old, now he is in the toddler room and still learning so much every time he attends. As a first time mum I have had the most amazing support from all of the daycare staff, from the educators to management, staff always have a happy face when we get there. My son had double hip dysplasia and needed to wear a hip harness temporarily and the management team facilitated training to the Educators on how to properly put his hip harness on, how to do nappy changes and had a visable medical plan for staff to see. My son has always been so well cared for, and I love the bond he has with the Educators. We also receive photos and updates about our childs day through the daycare App. It is a very secure centre, safe, welcoming environment for our kids and us parents, always clean but a fun atmosphere the kids, the menu is displayed so we can see what yummy nutritious food our little ones will eat each day. The layout of the centre means the playground is not visable to the public, my son loves riding the trikes, and climbing the playground. They even have pet guinea pigs for the children to see if they want to. There are fun music and dance lessons as part of their weekly routine, they learn manners and daily tasks, encourage toilet training at the childs pace, have dentist checks at the daycare, celebrate various cultural events and have parent/grandparent visit days, decorate the centre beautifully for different occasions throughout the year. The educators will bake and decorate birthday cakes with the children on their birthday (no candles) for them all to eat and sing happy birthday, creating such special memories. I cannot thank the staff enough for all of their efforts and kindness. 💗

I honestly can’t thank the staff at Leap Start Early Learning enough for their support and dedication to providing an incredible service. Our daughter (ASD Level 2) had extreme separation anxiety when she started daycare and they were soo supportive and understanding. Through consistency and the amazing support shown by staff, she now can’t wait to go and loves her Leap Start days. The staff have also been incredibly supportive to me and have helped hugely with navigating having a neurodivergent child with different needs. Their dedication to cleanliness is amazing and the facilities are modern and safe. Definitely can’t go wrong 😊

Our two boys have been attending Leapstart since Jan 2024. The staff have been nothing short of incredible with our children. The bonds the educators have created with our boys makes our brain rest easy and makes our heart full to know how loved they are at daycare. Our eldest talks about his educators so fondly all the time and since he begun the improvements of his social interactions and speech is very noticeable. We are so thrilled to be part of the Leapstart Southern River centre :)

My son has been attending Leap Start Southern River for 2 years. The staff are very good and have been at the centre from the start when it opened. They have a good music and dance program. They also were teaching mandarin for a while too. My son enjoys attending the centre even for school holiday care we are using the service. The outdoor space is fantastic with a traffic light path for the bikes. They have 2 pet guinea pigs for the kids to feed and enjoy and they also get to help with planting and watering the vegetable. There is a great variety of cuisine the cook prepares all healthy options. A variety of activities are always ready for the week. My son has overall thrived into a confident young child. Thank you staff 😀
