We couldn’t be happier with this daycare. Our two daughters (aged 1 and 4) both attend, and it’s been such a positive experience for our whole family. The educators are incredibly caring, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s development. Our youngest is nurtured so beautifully, and our eldest has grown so much in confidence, independence, and learning. They both absolutely love going each day, which says everything. Communication is always clear, and it gives us real peace of mind knowing they’re in such a safe and supportive environment. Highly recommend to any parents! 💯

I honestly cannot rate this centre highly enough! The staff and management team are absolutely amazing and the customer service to the parents is fantastic. Such a friendly and welcoming environment to walk into and it shows by the fact that the staff and children themselves are always so happy. The care and attention provided to the children is next level. It is clear that they truly do care which is evident by the genuine bonds the children have with everyone. And their vacation care programs - well they just top it all - so much fun and interactive excursions every day that the children look forward to attending!!

Great experience with teachers

An outstanding centre! The staff are incredibly caring, dedicated, and truly invest in each child's growth. The educational experiences are engaging, and the environment is warm and nurturing. My child has been attending pines since she turned 2 years old and is currently thrived here and looks forward to see her educators each day. I couldn’t recommend this place more

I have been coming to pines for over 6 years my child attended pre school now is doing vacation care Natalie and Alison are great with the children they do fantastic outings with decent prices. They are really good with special needs children they go above and beyond to accommodate to your child needs. Can't recommend enough. 🙂

A true gem of a childcare centre. The center is spacious, clean & organised. The staff exceeded my expectations and more. My children have formed great bonds with educators . They are also genuinely interested into creating activities for growth and development. I cannot recommend Pines Academy highly enough, the whole centre is warm, caring and really creates a very special atmosphere where as a parent you can have absolute confidence leaving your most precious little person.
