Good childcare

A beautiful childcare centre with a welcoming and friendly team. The staff were approachable, patient and happy to answer all our questions. I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the rooms were and how inviting the learning environment looked. It’s lovely to see a centre that focuses on children’s learning, development and wellbeing while making families feel welcome too. We had a positive experience and would happily recommend Montessori Academy Greystanes to other families.

We had a lovely experience visiting Montessori Academy Greystanes for a tour. The centre was clean, tidy and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly, warm and professional. Everyone made us feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything and answer our questions. The environment looked beautiful, well organised and inviting for children to learn, play and grow. We really appreciated the kindness and positive atmosphere and left with a great impression of the centre. Thank you to the team for making our visit so pleasant! They took the time to explain everything clearly and gave us the reassurance and confidence we needed to feel comfortable leaving our children in their care. We are very happy with our choice and look forward to continuing this journey with the centre.”

I am very disappointed with my experience at this childcare centre. My son attended the babies room for only two days, and during that short time I noticed serious issues with communication and honesty.<br><br>On one occasion, I received a call from a staff member saying that my son had not eaten, which concerned me and led me to pick him up early. However, when I arrived, another staff member who brought my son outside told me that he had eaten everything, including rice and fruits. I asked multiple times to confirm, and she repeatedly said yes. This contradiction made me feel that I was not being told the truth.<br><br>Because of this lack of clear and honest communication, I lost trust in the centre and decided not to continue sending my child.<br><br>Additionally, when I raised my concerns with the centre, I found the staff to be rude and unprofessional, which was very disappointing.<br><br>As a parent, trust, transparency, and respectful communication are extremely important. Unfortunately, this centre did not meet those expectations.

This is why we pulled our daughter out of this centre. MALE EDUCATORS. Centre going up like mushrooms with no care, no experienced educators and management that run the centre like a money making business rather then a business that nurtures and cares for children. Don't trust ANY of the centers under this brand as the owners DO NOT CARE about your child. They care about revenue and that's it.
