I am very disappointed with my experience at this childcare centre. My son attended the babies room for only two days, and during that short time I noticed serious issues with communication and honesty. On one occasion, I received a call from a staff member saying that my son had not eaten, which concerned me and led me to pick him up early. However, when I arrived, another staff member who brought my son outside told me that he had eaten everything, including rice and fruits. I asked multiple times to confirm, and she repeatedly said yes. This contradiction made me feel that I was not being told the truth. Because of this lack of clear and honest communication, I lost trust in the centre and decided not to continue sending my child. Additionally, when I raised my concerns with the centre, I found the staff to be rude and unprofessional, which was very disappointing. As a parent, trust, transparency, and respectful communication are extremely important. Unfortunately, this centre did not meet those expectations.

This is why we pulled our daughter out of this centre. MALE EDUCATORS. Centre going up like mushrooms with no care, no experienced educators and management that run the centre like a money making business rather then a business that nurtures and cares for children. Don't trust ANY of the centers under this brand as the owners DO NOT CARE about your child. They care about revenue and that's it.

My daughter recently started here, and although I was very nervous about starting her in childcare for the first time, I am truly so pleased and glad I chose Montessori Academy Greystanes. Ms Pearl, the manager, truly cares and greets my daughter personally almost every time we come in, easing her settling in phase and ensuring she feels most comfortable. The toddler room educators all made my daughter feel truly cared for and loved from day one, helping her settle in so quickly. Just a few weeks in, and my daughter already is happy to attend, and is fully engaged with all the wonderful learning experiences they do daily in the classroom. Truly impressed and highly recommend. A Great safe/fun/and educational environment for kids to learn . highly reccommend

Absolutely amazing educators and management. I wouldn’t send my kids anywhere else. All the teachers are loving, caring and kind. I love receiving all the photos and updates on their day. There is always a learning and engaging experience in every activity they do and you see that through the photos shared & the details they include in their daily report. My kids have learned so much from Greystanes Montessori & I couldn’t thank the educators enough. Thanks Greystanes Team!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Greystanes Montessori Academy. Before enrolling, I explored several childcare centres, but Montessori stood out, their curriculum truly aligns with the values I want my daughter to learn and practice in her daily life. Since joining, I’ve seen such beautiful growth, confidence, and happiness in her. One of the highlights of our journey has been Ms. Nadia, she was a truly exceptional teacher who built a special bond with my daughter. We’re very sad to see her leave. Her warmth, dedication, and genuine care have made such a difference, and we will always be grateful for her presence during this important stage of our daughter’s early learning. We are also very thankful for the centre manager, Pearl, who has always been approachable, understanding, and accommodating to our family’s needs. She responds promptly to any concerns and has consistently shown a deep commitment to supporting our daughter’s development in every way possible. A heartfelt thank you as well to the amazing teaching team — Ms.Leaunia, Ms.Maryam, Ms.Soniya, and Ms.Sandya, for their continuous care, patience, and encouragement. Each of them has contributed so much to our daughter’s confidence and happiness at school, and we truly appreciate their hard work and love. Lastly, I have to mention Ms. Quyen, her bright and cheerful personality brightens every drop off. Her positivity brings such comfort and reassurance, and every day I leave knowing that inshAllah my daughter is in such good hands. I wholeheartedly recommend Montessori Academy to anyone looking for a nurturing, structured, and supportive childcare environment. It has truly been a blessing for our family.
