Kenwick childcare is the best place for kids. My son is happy everyday when i drop him off and staffs very friendly and helpful.

Our child was having trouble adjusting to the previous day care centre, but after moving to KCC, they have been so happy and excited. Everyone does a great job with caring for our little one. They come home with a big smile everyday and won't stop talking about the fun day they had.

Our son loves going to day care, he has learnt so much and the staff actually care about the kids. Love that we are updated throughout the day with information and photos regarding what our son is doing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a child care centre.

Do not recommend! Some workers spoke of children in an unprofessional manner and when observing the Kindy room at drop offs or pickups I have seen a few instances of toys being snatched out of hands by an educator. Unfortunately (especially in Kindy room) the educators don't have a full understanding of child development. I removed my children from this daycare about 6 months ago now and have seen such a remarkable change in my (just turned) 4yr olds behaviour. He is doing amazing because he has the right educators who obviously have an understanding of child development and who genuinely care. They have helped him, supported him and not just deemed him as naughty like this daycare did. The fear and anxiety I was experiencing everyday at drop off and pickup was like nothing I have ever experienced. The behaviour the educators were describing that my child was doing during the day just didn't seem like my boy. It's like they added to his anger, he wasn't understood. I should have seen it earlier and still to this day I get upset I left my boy there. I never really had a problem in the toddler room with my other son except for the fact he was bitten 1-2 times a week. The mangers excuse was that it's just the other childs age and pretty much said it was my son's fault because he kept going back to play with the child that bit him??? Like what... I have not had a single biting problem with this new daycare. I get for it to happen once here and there but for it to happen so constantly, I knew they weren't supervising the children as close as they should have been. I hope this helps other families.

My son, Theo attends KCC and could not recommend the centre enough! He has learnt so much since attending the centre & the staff are really attentive to his learning needs. I’m loving the great communication through the Xplor app keeping me updated throughout the day. Always a happy smile and hello when walking through the door, with management being readily available for any questions and inquiries!

Absolutely love the team at Kenwick childcare, they have so accomidating and welcoming with my daughter's, both my girls have had alot of growth and progress in all aspects. Everyday their both so excited to be going to daycare and excited to share what they did through out the day. Couldn't doubt the team. They are truly amazing ❤️
