体验非常差，1️⃣我儿子去了两个月有一天开始拒绝去这里，从家门口开出去转弯就开始哭，到了childcare门口哭闹严重，哭闹半小时也坚决不肯下车。问起来他说“老师骂人”“老师坏坏”。当我当面告诉room leader我儿子不肯来的时候，她的心虚表情让我更肯定他们没有善待我儿子 2️⃣里面的老师会因为咬人大声吼我儿子，有一次刚好去接的时候看见了。 3️⃣里面有个老师非常不负责任！ 强烈建议辞退！！enrollment的时候我只是跟她说了语言治疗师一岁多的时候说过我儿子语言delay， 入学时候已经2岁了， 我儿子正常并且没有得到任何确诊，她直接和其他老师说我儿子有问题。 并且有一次向我要材料的时间用非常嘲笑的语气说“他的理解能力” 我感到非常困惑。且不说儿科医生和专业机构以及另一个child care的老师都说我儿子根本没有问题， 在澳洲三岁之前都不能对任何孩子下定论，真的让我觉得莫名其妙，直到有一天我去问room leader才知道她们一直因为这个老师得到关于我儿子错误的信息。 这个传话的老师我请问是你的脑子有问题吗？ 你的理解能力才有问题吧，就你这种人还当老师？ ！ 4️⃣教室的窗户全部用黑黑的布挡起来，从外面看不到里面。整个就像一个封闭的幼儿园，当你接孩子的时候， 有老师看见家长会赶紧跑进去给里面的老师通风报信。 如果你的孩子还不会说话，真的不建议来这里，里面的老师都很mean， 整体氛围也很紧张

My child has been attending this centre for several years, and I have always felt completely safe leaving her in the care of the educators. The team is caring, professional, and very supportive. The educators communicate well with me about my child’s development whenever I ask and always provide helpful advice. My child absolutely loves coming to the centre and comes home happy every day, excited to share what she has learned and played. I am very grateful for the care my child receives here and would highly recommend this centre to other families.

A wonderful childcare centre with caring, dedicated educators who create a warm and nurturing environment. Our boys especially love the beehive in the community garden, which has sparked their curiosity and helped them develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of nature. We’re so happy with the positive experiences they’ve had here.

My children attended this centre all the way through, and we have just finished our journey here. We are incredibly grateful for the care, support, and dedication shown to our family over the years. The educators truly know and value each child, the environment is warm and welcoming, and communication has always been open and respectful. We couldn’t have asked for a better start for our children and highly recommend this centre to other families.

Would not recommend this centre. My child has been attending for a few months, and unfortunately our experience has been very disappointing. The management is poor, the rules for children are rigid, and there are serious safety concerns. On one occasion, my child followed another parent and walked out of the classroom without any educator noticing. By coincidence, I had just arrived and saw this happen. What was even more concerning was that no one realised my child had left, nor that my child was picked up by me. Another issue that shocked me was the decision to build a bee farm directly in front of the centre. We were informed that the bees can sometimes be aggressive, which is completely inappropriate for a childcare environment. I have already placed my child’s name on the waiting list at another centre and sincerely hope to transfer as soon as possible

Your director is quick to email when a direct debit fails, but can’t reply to a simple email. Before I cancelled my child’s enrolment today I was still waiting for a reply to an email from the 23rd of April. Also having a dog in the centre, let alone the Childrens room is a bit far fetched. Maybe keep the household pet out of the Childrens rooms. You say you are a sustainable centre, yet advised the parents to bring in plastic bottles for an activity? Where does that align with “sustainability”? Having glass items for paint in the rooms when one got smashed and “nicked” my child’s finger, but not realising and taking into account a parent bringing it up, and the what ifs of a more serious event to occur regarding one getting broken? That got brushed off with “where a sustainable centre”. You can still be sustainable but find safer alternatives. I should have realised and listened to others about Goodstart and that it was a terrible idea before sending my child there. He didn’t benefit anything from it other than getting hurt, being harassed and having his items taken off of him by other kids and not giving them back.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Goodstart Doncaster East! All the educators here are incredibly attentive and have been with the center for a long time, which made our child's transition to childcare so smooth. Our little one loves going to childcare because every educator is so kind and attentive. It's impressive how everyone knows each other by name, creating a warm and welcoming environment. Highly recommend this wonderful center!
