Have sent both my kids here, one still attending and the other had great support from Lauren in the school transition. We were concerned around food allergies and relieved to understand how seriously the centre takes this. Veronica has a great relationship with all the kids and parents alike!

I attended this childcare centre and, unfortunately, was quite disappointed with my experience. There appeared to be a lack of consistency in the information provided, along with a rigid approach to policy implementation, which made organising care for my child unnecessarily difficult.<br><br>In particular, I found there were inconsistencies in the advice given by staff and limited flexibility or understanding of the challenges parents face when returning to work.<br><br>I also experienced issues relating to payments, both at the commencement and conclusion of my child's enrolment, which added further frustration to the overall experience.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about enrolling a child at this centre.

Choosing the right childcare is one of the biggest decisions a parent can make, and Guardian Childcare & Education Doncaster East has exceeded our expectations in every possible way.<br><br>From the moment you walk through the doors, you are welcomed with warmth, kindness and genuine care. The entire team is incredibly professional, approachable and passionate about what they do. It never feels like “just a childcare centre” it feels like a community where every child and family is valued, respected and supported.<br><br>The educators are exceptional. They take the time to understand each child as an individual, celebrate their unique personalities, and work in genuine partnership with families. Whether it’s supporting a transition between rooms, sharing thoughtful updates, or simply taking the time to listen to parents, they are the best.<br><br>The leadership team also deserves special recognition. The Centre Managers have created a culture of warmth, professionalism and trust that is reflected throughout the entire centre. They are always approachable.<br><br>A special shout-out to the Centre Chef! The meals are incredible, and the variety and creativity that go into the menu are amazing. It’s no surprise the children love the food so much. The only downside? You’ve definitely raised the bar for us parents at home! My kid has been to the center for 3 years, Good staff and team and management, caring and secure environment, good curriculum for kids development, highly recommend.

My children have been attending this centre now for 12 months. I was very nervous about them starting childcare but as soon as toured the centre I was very impressed , all the team members where very welcoming and the centre was clean with settled happy children , and they have a beautiful natural outdoor space. The educators in the babies room are so caring and my children are always engaged in fun educational activities. The absolutely love it there and so do I .

I’ve had children enrolled at this childcare since 2016 and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. The staff are incredible—you can genuinely see how much they love what they do. Chef Ishan consistently prepares delicious meals that the kids really enjoy. I wouldn’t trust my children anywhere else and will continue recommending this centre to anyone with young children. My son has attended Guardian from when he was 12 months old (now 4 years old) and it has been a fantastic experience for him and us as parents, knowing he is in safe hands, gaining confidence and learning new things everyday. The team at Guardian are always open and transparent. They make it a wonderful experience for our kids and parents. Ishan the chef makes the most yummiest and nutritional meals for our kids each day. Now our second born son attends and loves it just as much, we cannot recommend it enough.

My son has been attending Guardian Doncaster East since he was 11 months old and has now transitioned through all the different rooms. It’s truly a joy knowing he looks forward to his daycare days. The educators are incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and development. Chef Ishan prepares absolutely amazing meals and exposes the children to a wide variety of ingredients and flavours. It’s been wonderful to see how this has expanded my son’s palate and helped him become less fussy with food. In my experience, any challenges or concerns I’ve raised have always been addressed promptly, thoughtfully, and with genuine care. This gives me even greater trust in the team and confidence that my son is in the best hands every day. We are so grateful for the nurturing environment Guardian Doncaster East provides. Guardian Childcare and Education Doncaster East has been a wonderful environment for my children. The educators are attentive, taking care to notice all the finer details that make a difference. It’s clear that the team is friendly and collegial, working collaboratively to create a warm and supportive atmosphere. The Kinder program is thoughtfully planned, offering a great balance of learning and play. I also appreciate the inclusion of outsourced music and outdoor education programs, which add a great variety. The food provided is nutritious and made with love — the soup and garlic bread are favourites in our house! Most importantly, my kids are simply happy to go each day. That alone says it all.

We’re glad we landed on this place for our son after looking into quite a few other options in the area. Genuinely caring educators and leaders alike - Veronica, Nam, Ash, Ross, Sumi, Sally, Lauren, Mandy, Kiana, Andrew (to name a few) really make this a great place to be for the kids. Ishan the chef is a gun to say the least. I’m tempted by the aroma most mornings to stay for lunch! You know the place is well run from the time you walk in and there’s a sense of peace leaving your kid there knowing they’re going to be well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for anyone considering sending their kids to a quality childcare.
