Our high-quality, play based preschool curriculum is delivered by Bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teachers. Our teachers tailor their programs to ensure all children develop the confidence and social and emotional skills needed for a smooth transition to school. Through play, our Early Childhood Teachers facilitate children’s learning of important language, literacy, numeracy and creative skills.

Goodstart Early Learning uses the StoryPark app to connect with parents throughout the day. The educators upload photos and stories to the secure app, which parents can access anytime and anywhere to track their child’s progress.
The approach at the centre is very much based around partnership between families and educators. The educators work with the parents and carers to build strong relationships. They develop trust so the children can feel safe and secure while at the centre. Parents are also encouraged to share their insights and feedback with educators to add depth to the relationship.
The educators observe the children every day and tailor the program around their observations. They share these with parents, so they can feel connected to their child’s progress and also provide feedback that will further enhance their child’s learning experience.

Goodstart Early Learning Burleigh is a warm and welcoming centre with an amazing group of staff who show the utmost care for families and their children. The transition into daycare here has been very smooth, and choosing Goodstart — along with the wonderful positive experiences we’ve had since enrolling — has reaffirmed that decision. It has been an amazing experience so far for my little one. Socially, developmentally, and emotionally, he is thriving under the kind and consistent care of the wonderful staff. All of the room teachers are knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help. The learning resources and environments are inviting for the children, with a thoughtful mix of natural and processed materials, plenty of outdoor equipment set up each day, and a variety of engaging hands-on learning experiences. Even in our short time here, I can confidently say we are so pleased we chose Goodstart. The centre is also heavily engaged with the local community and consistently shows respect for diverse cultures and the environment.

Goodstart Burleigh staff made me feel comfortable straight away when having a tour of their nursery room. My anxiety was quickly eased as there is clear communication back and forth and lots of reassurance during the day when I leave my baby. The nursery room has a great feel/ atmosphere and was very tidy. My most favourite part are that they do excursions even for babies even if it’s just around the car park. I highly recommend.
