Care-A-Lot is a special place and we are so happy with our experience there over the past couple of years. The managers are extremely experienced and committed to providing outstanding service. The educators are skilled, professional, warm and caring. There is low turnover of staff and high consistency - no passing parade of agency staff (as we experienced in other centres). Our child is known and appreciated for her individual strengths, and supported wherever she is having difficulty. She absolutely loves going to Care-A-Lot! The centre is genuinely inclusive, supports children with disability to participate, and focuses on all kids developing social skills.

I can highly recommend this Centre! The staff, programs and culture at Care-a-Lot are second to none. As a first time parent it is difficult to know what to look for when deciding on a daycare/ preschool, especially when they are attending full time. Having attended two other facilities in the local area when my child was a toddler, it became clear what set Care-A-Lot apart. The staff are friendly, approachable, professional and caring - many whom have worked here long term. New career staff are closely mentored by senior staff with extensive experience. As there are no casual staff, the children become familiar with their educators which is important, especially if you have an anxious child. The programs are thoughtful, creative and support child development. The preschool program is fantastic. I first heard about it from a local kindergarten teacher in the area. Several of her students attended Care-A-Lot and had settled in really well with the Kindergarten program and routines. My child has thrived and formed wonderful friendships with the support of the educators here. Communication between admin, educators and parents is fantastic. I can go to work knowing my child is in great hands. Best of all my child comes home happy every day. I recommend Care-A-Lot to everyone I know looking for childcare.

The variety of incursions and excursions offered are thoughtfully chosen to support child development and growth. Their preschool readiness program is outstanding—it made the transition to primary school smooth and stress-free for my little one. I highly recommend Care-a-Lot to any parent looking for a daycare that feels like a second home.

My son has been going to Care a Lot for approximately 18 months and we are so very happy that we made the change. The teachers are all friendly, patient and knowledgeable and most importantly, the teachers have been consistent- there doesn’t seem to be the constant turnover that you get in other centres. We’re extremely happy with Care a Lot, highly recommend.

Amazing family run centre with lovely, experienced staff. So glad that I was able to experience it as a child and now my children do also. Care-A-Lot is home away from home!
