I have to shout out to Karen!!!! Costumer service at Kmart Chermside. Today, i returned the mug that i order for my students as the picture fading, she was willing to reimburse it, try to find my name but couldn’t and try to reimburse with barcode still couldn’t get through and then i offered to just leave it and she said “no it’s not your fault, i will work it out”. She was abit frustated but she managed it well infront of costumer. She refund my mug money and let me take the mugs back and give me free for 15 cents bag!! She made my day and i have to hands up how she managed time and customers infront of her. And little kindness wont hurt, it actually makes a lot of different🙏🏻

Long Overdue review. Sent our kid here and on the first 4 months of being there they left my kid alone in the play area for about 20mins! So much turnover of stuff, noticed all stuff we know aren’t there anymore. The place is not as clean thats why we’ve been sick and having gastro or other illnesses every 2 weeks.

We have sent our children here since 2015 and have only praise for wonderful educators here. They don’t seem to churn through the staff like other centres and lots of the faces that I see at drop off now are the same ones that I saw at drop off 5 years ago. Both of our kids have blossomed at BFM and I can go to work knowing that they are in good hands. I wouldn’t send my kids anywhere else.

I have had two children attend this centre from age 2.5 and plan on sending my third child also. One visit to this centre and it will give you a “gut feeling” that your kids will be safe and lovingly cared for here. Staff are friendly, good-humoured, gentle, dedicated to the Montessori educational ethos, always open to feedback and communicate transparently with parents. The centre has a lovely homely/backyard feel with real grass, veggie patches, native bees, guinea pigs, and chooks running around. Overall, it’s been a wonderful community for our kids to be a part of.

Absolutely amazing education experience for young children. So glad that we invested in the Montessori method and these particular educators. I'm quite an anxious Mother and here I'm reassured that my kids are emotionally physically and intellectually cared for.

I have twins who attended Building Futures from 4 months old until they left for prep! The twins learnt all of the things they needed to confidently start school. The staff were amazing! They cared for my children as if they were their own. I always felt comfortable leaving them at the centre.
