Our girls go here, amazing educators and very caring

RTEEC is not just a facility. They are family. Our day care journey began in 2014 when I had enrolled my then 3 year old and 12 month old twins. The care that the educators had provided back then remains the same to this day. My now 4 year old has been at the centre since she was around 8 months old. The director and staff are extremely accomodating and understanding of people and families from all backgrounds. They have had the same centre director, and a fair few of the educators that were there for my oldest three are also still there and I think that speaks mountains. They nurture our babies, foster interests and form strong relationships with the kids and their families. If you are looking for the best start in your child's early education I would look no further that RTEEC. Thank you to the entire team over the last 12 years for taking such great care of my greatest and most precious creations.

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at The Learning Terrace.<br>My son was due to start next week, and I called to book his orientation only to be bluntly told, "We have no place for him here." I was never informed that his enrolment had been cancelled.<br>I had accidentally provided the wrong immunisation document and missed the follow up email requesting the correct one. I completely accept that mistake. What I cannot understand is why there was no courtesy phone call or further warning before his place was terminated.<br>I've arranged to start a new job based on him commencing care, so this has had a significant impact on our family. What upset me most was the complete lack of empathy during the phone call. I was left in tears.<br>My other children attended this centre, so I was excited to return. Sadly, this experience was the opposite of the warm, caring environment the centre promotes.

Our son has attended the service for the past 2.5 years, starting at 11 months of age. From day one, we have felt complete trust in the educators and the strong relationships they have formed with him. He is happy, settled, and thriving, and it genuinely feels like leaving him with family each day.

The educators are amazing and always have the best interest of the kids front of mind. My daughter loves going and it is hard to get her to leave as she wants to keep playing with the kids and educators alike. Could not recommend more.

I love this school, it's been the best thing for my twins. My twins have made wonderful friends and memories. The teachers are all wonderful, easy to communicate with, and very supportive. Can't recommend a better school.

Had my son in here for 3 weeks Rampant head lice from shared hands Constantly being sent home for one reason or another like hay fever When we asked to speak to the manager we where told she only works 4 day and can only be seen two of those days We have moved him across the road and he hasn’t been sent home once in three weeks
