So grateful that we found Bright Horizons. Our son attended the toddler room for 9 months before we moved out of the area, and we were devastated to say goodbye to such a wonderful centre. The team is supportive and genuine, and they provide opportunities other centres don't (e.g. excellent excursions). We feel like they saw the best in our little boy, and he was able to learn, grow and be himself in a relaxed, happy environment.

I love this centre and the wonderful, warm staff that look after my baby at bright horizons! I was so apprehensive about first baby starting daycare but my daughter LOVES IT and comes home exhausted from all the fun she has had. The staff are attentive and caring. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Thanks for all you do!

We recently toured several daycares and kindergartens in the area, and Bright Horizons (BH) was the last stop on our journey. Having just moved from another state, we were eager to find the perfect place for our boys, and BH truly exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a daycare that offers the charm and warmth of a 90s childhood—where kids can engage in nature play, get a little dirty, and come home excited to share what they’ve learned—this is the place! Our boys have become resilient, creative, and socially and emotionally well-adjusted, all thanks to the nurturing environment at BH. The staff is exceptional, and the sense of community is unmatched. It’s clear that the educators are dedicated, as many have been there for years. The support from fellow parents, including invitations to coffee and birthday parties, made our transition to this new city so much smoother. I wholeheartedly recommend Bright Horizons! Just a tip: make sure to enroll early to secure your spot!

I’m not sure of how many characters I have for this review but it won’t be enough. We’ve had our daughter at Bright Horizons for 2 years and since day one it’s felt like a second home for Rae. Kat, Lina & the whole team have always been so warm and accomodating. Every pick up one of the educators gives us a quick brief on how the day went and they also upload photos & stories too. Excursions, dress ups, parties & crafts are not in short supply & its normally hard work convincing my daughter to come home. I could go on but I encourage you to book a visit and meet the team. We did and never looked back. 🥰

Kat, Lena and the rest of the Educators are fantastic and caring. They have helped my son grow and develop and have been wonderful and attentive. I couldn't have been more happier with the service - highly recommend 👍

Kat and her team of amazing educators have really nurtured and taught our son with so much love who attended this centre for the past 4 years. I cannot recommend this childcare centre for their down to earth attitude that are reflected in the way they relate to the kids and parents. It may not look like one of the more modern centres with bells and whistles but it is homely and the best childcare ever! Thank you so much for being such an amazing team. We tried 2 other centres before we came to bright horizon and we never looked back. we will be missing you once Raiden starts prep!!!!

Homely childcare centre with caring and loving educators. Highly recommended

I highly recommend Bright Horizons in Elsternwick! Such an amazing childcare for our son who was 1 when he started. BH is smaller childcare centre, where everyone knows one another and you are always warmly welcomed. We loved that it has a very caring, creative and nuturing community environment. All the carers and staff are all incredible, and the centre has great staff retention. We were really impressed by how many skills our son started developing once he began at Bright Horizons. We also loved how much outdoor time they give the children. After moving to the other side of Melbourne, I still can't find a childcare that quite compares... BH provides the perfect environment for young children to play, learn and grow. .
