Lovely centre and friendly staff who are very attentive to children and make learning fun and very inclusive to all children .

We are glad that we found Back To Basics Childcare. After visiting several childcare facilities, we ended up choosing Back To Basics and we are really happy with our choice. It is very warm, friendly and has taken care of our daughter during last few years. The facility is very clean, spacious, cheerful and all the staff are kind and amazing. We highly recommend Back To Basics to anyone who is looking for an excellent childcare.

Since day one of sending our son to Back to Basics, I have not had one regret.Our child has been a member of the Back to Basics family for over three years, having started at the early learning center when he was just eight months old. Every educator has always been wonderfully responsive and supportive. He transitioned to childcare with ease, and his surroundings have remained stimulating, caring, and rewarding. He is well-fed with well-balanced meals, but more significantly, the management and chef are more than willing to meet any special dietary needs or requirements that our child may have. My 4 year old son is learning so many things and having quality time with lovely staff and friends. He feels comfortable and cared for and that is evident from the time he is dropped off to the time I pick him up. He goes with a smile and comes home with a smile. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to send your beloved children. My daughter Jia Patel started with back to basics in 2019 .Finally she kinder graduated in 2022 . Amazing Staff with so much heart and caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing our daughter get excited about going to childcare here at back to basics . The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in very individual way. The management Roshni and Meetu very committed to providing a safe , fun and loving environment. We are very thankful to Roshni, Meetu, kinder teacher Harleen and all other teachers who supported my daughter throughout her journey to back to basics . Back to basic is simply the best with great management and great leadership. The educators are absolutely incredible to our daughter, such a loving and understanding educators. All the educators are amazing in their own way. They listen and are open with discussion on our daughter's development. They really make an effort to engage our daughter and develop in a much individualised way. My daughter loves to attend day care daily. Back to basic provides feedback of my daughter almost on a daily basis. We really enjoy reading her daily reflection during our dinner time. My daughter loves back to basic. We are happy to see her happy. Please keep on the great job you all do to make the daycare a wonderful and happy place for kids.

My daughter has been a part of the Back to Basics family for nearly 3 years. She has some strong bonds with her long-term carers there. The team at Back to Basics have always been incredibly respectful, caring and responsive. They’ve welcomed discussion regarding my daughter’s care over the years and have been happy to work with me to implement ways to support her where needed. They have also been proactive at including tools for emotional intelligence and well-being, and methods for encouraging bodily autonomy. I’ve always felt that the team at Back to Basics are keeping a keen and loving eye on my kids, and I appreciate any observations or notes they have and communicate with me about changes or concerns in my daughter’s behaviour.
