This centre is small and intimate which is so great for the children as it's not overwhelming. The centre manager Krissy is very kind and caring, the staff are long standing. There's freshly prepared food each day.

We recently relocated to this centre to make our family life/routine easier. Its honestly so lovely to have an app that's updated regularly. It makes the evenings so much easier knowing exactly what our little one has eaten, when he has slept and what he has done for the day! It's fun to talk to him about his day and hear all about his activities. The team are really engaging at drop off and pick up and my sons confidence continues to grow each week!

Highly recommend this place! My twin boys came here and absolutely loved it, never had a bad experience.

I want to thank the wonderful staff at first steps for being so great with my children. My twins have been going there for 1 and a half years and I’ve never had a bad experience, the staff is always so helpful, informative and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend this centre enough to anyone. Absolutely love it ☺️

My son enjoys always enjoys his time at First Steps ELC. The Educators are friendly and helpful. They work hard to keep parents informed, and the kids entertained. Great back yard for playtime, and amazing science experiments inside.

A lot of fun activities throughout the day. The educators are full of energy and know how to play with kids and teach them in a fun way. My daughter had a really good time at First Steps. She always looked forward to going to school.

Fantastic educators and learning curriculums. Fun activities each time and in special holidays. The App for log in/out and daily updates are very handy and user friendly. Thank you for doing such a good job.

Awesome place - very good with both my kids, would recommend to anyone. To address another reviewer we are given accident report forms for even the most minor of events. The staff are very caring and professional.
