I dont want to give 1star beacuse some of the staffs are good but not everyone I always observed our kid sitting alone and when we try to drop him he cries and some educators just ignores us and not do anything Some staffs are rude sometimes as well

It was my daughter first time starting at daycare and she had the worst day care experience ever she would come home hungry and her nappy full no teacher fed her or changed her nappy once while at day care she loves to play and learn and make friends few days or so goes by she is saying she doesn’t want to go to school which was strange because I thought she loved it but only to hear her say that her teacher is naughty and holds her arm like as someone has hurt her this daycare really needs to be looked into They are meant to keep kids safe

Worst. Don’t send your kids.

my grandkids attend 5 days a week and have both come along way since starting there all educators are pleasent and always available to give up dated information about children

One of the best Childcare centres in the area...caring staff, clean and hygienic rooms, healthy food and lots of learning activities for kids...highly recommended..

Both my girls attended KEL Rooty Hill. The most recent being last year. I have nothing but praises for the educators there. They are all caring, responsible and very experienced. Even during the pandemic the staff showed professionalism, enthusiasm, and made sure the kids were receiving the education & care they needed to develop into great individuals. Thank you educators for making my kids experience and learning so memorable & safe 🥰

Our little one was enrolled at Kids Early Learning Rooty Hill for over 3 years. During that period the staff and educators were very professional and nurturing, and always felt like our little one was in good hands. They also had great programs incorporating the fun stuff as well as the crucial educational stuff. We found our little one to always be engaged which has helped greatly for preparation for kindy. We can’t thank Carol and her team enough for being a big part of our kid’s early learning journey

Such an amazing, caring, loving and Motherly staffs at KEL Rooty Hill. Proven to be the best place to let your kids gain their Social and Educational experiences at the earliest stage of their life. My daughter has been going to the Rooty Hill KEL centre for the last 2+years and I have nothing but good things to say about the ladies here. Carol as a centre lead is fantastic and her team is just a group of beautiful girls both inside and out (wish I could name them but not sure if this platform is a good place for names). Its such a relief knowing your baby is being well looked after while you're busy making a living. The staff are all like second mums to the children and my daughter is always looking forward to seeing her friends and teachers at the childcare. Absolutely love the care in this centre and as a bonus they get freshly cooked meals♡♡♡
