Such a great day care<br>My nieces and nephews have been going here spanning from the time they opened and with one left for one more year before school.<br>It seems to get better as the years go on and I’ll definitely be sending my children here when they come along

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share my experience as a parent.<br>During the months before we withdrew our son from the centre in May, we experienced repeated concerns regarding hygiene, supervision and the overall quality of care.<br>On multiple occasions when I picked him up, I found that his nappy had not been changed after he had soiled it. On one occasion, there was dried faeces across his skin and private areas, and I had to wash and change him myself at the centre. This was not an isolated incident, and I had raised my concerns with the centre previously.<br>There were also several other incidents during his time at the centre, as well as concerns regarding sunscreen not being applied properly and a change in behaviour that was reported at daycare but which we did not see at home or in other social settings.<br>After repeatedly raising my concerns, I unfortunately lost confidence in the service and decided to withdraw my son in May.<br>He is now attending another daycare, where we are much happier with his care and wellbeing.<br>I am sharing my experience so other parents can make an informed decision when choosing childcare. I hope the centre takes these concerns seriously and continues to improve its hygiene, supervision, communication and standards of care.

Amazing centre!! The director is very supportive and friendly, always so helpful and welcoming. My daughter is in one of the baby rooms and all of the educators are so attentive, caring, friendly and welcoming. My daughter loves going to childcare and is always happy to go to her teachers for cuddles on drop off. The love and care they show her and all other children is second to none. I trust the director and all of the educators with the care of my daughter.
