⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐<br><br>Our daughter transitioned to Albert Waterways Children’s Centre in early 2026 at around 2½ years old, after being at her previous daycare since she was four months old. It was a big change for her, and we were very grateful for how accommodating AWCC was. They allowed us to stage her enrolment as days became available, kept us informed, and gave her time to settle in properly.<br><br>The staff are exceptional. Turnover seems very low, many educators have been there for years, and some have even had their own children attend the centre. That experience and continuity really shows.<br><br>The activities are consistently engaging and varied. Every morning there seems to be something new set up, with a great mix of crafts, games, learning activities and independent play. The range of equipment and resources available to the children is impressive.<br><br>What I particularly respect is the way AWCC is managed. The staff and managers are supportive and accommodating where they can be, but they are also straightforward, consistent and prepared to stand by their policies. It gives us confidence that decisions are being made based on the learning, safety, health and wellbeing of the whole centre community, rather than simply trying to keep customers happy.<br><br>AWCC feels much more like a genuine community than a childcare business. We feel very fortunate that our daughter attends and that our family is part of it.<br><br>Thank you to everyone at AWCC. We probably don’t say it enough, but we really appreciate what you do.<br><br>Perhaps the best endorsement is from our daughter herself, she is sometimes disappointed when the weekend arrives because AWCC is closed!

We absolutely love this daycare! My older son attended for two years before heading off to Prep, and we loved it so much that our second son now attends too.<br><br>The team were so patient and welcoming when we first started, especially with all my questions, and made the transition so easy. Both boys have loved their time here, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. Highly recommend!

We’ve been really happy with Albert Waterways Children’s Centre. The educators are friendly, caring and have taken the time to get to know our son and make him feel comfortable and settled.<br><br>Our boy genuinely enjoys going each day, which is a huge relief as a parent. We’ve also noticed how much he has developed and grown in confidence since starting there.<br><br>The communication with us has been great, and we always feel comfortable asking questions or having a chat with the educators about how he’s going.<br><br>Overall, we’ve had a really positive experience with Albert Waterways Children’s Centre and would happily recommend it to other parents looking for a caring and welcoming centre.

My child started at Albert Waterways at the start of 2026 and has come in leaps and bounds with his learning & behaviour in such a short period of time! The staff are amazing and show such a caring nurturing spirit with the children. The centre feels like a big warm hug. It’s inviting and inspiring for the children. Choosing childcare is a big decision and we're so glad we landed at Albert Waterways. From day one the educators made Jojo feel settled, and they've been just as good with us. Always happy to have a chat at pick-up and let us know how his day went.<br><br>Something we really value is how experienced the team is. A few of the educators have been there over ten years, and it shows: they know children, they know what they're doing, and nothing seems to faze them.<br><br>The other thing that surprised us was how much the bigger group setting has done for him. With several educators around, each with their own style, approach and cultural background, there's so much more chance for a child to find someone they really click with. Jojo has, and his confidence has grown enormously because of it.<br><br>We couldn't ask for more from a team looking after our little one. Highly recommend to any family on the Gold Coast.

Both my preschooler and my baby are at Albert Waterways (kindy and nursery rooms) and my husband and I are very pleased with the educators and facilities. It’s a place where there’s room for creativity, explore risk through play, with a lot of cultural diversity and very caring educators. I couldn’t be happier to have made the decision to enrol them both. Family meals are def a great and handy perk! And the food made by Betânia and Tracy is delicious 🌟

We absolutely love Albert Waterways Community Kindy! The educators are truly amazing, so caring, patient, nurturing and genuinely invested in every child. They go above and beyond to make the kids feel safe, loved and supported.<br><br>We’ve seen such a beautiful growth in confidence and development, and our little one absolutely loves going each day. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Albert Waterways. From the very beginning, everything has been absolutely wonderful.<br><br>Our little one started here at just 8 months old, and it has now been over a year. The teachers are amazing, caring, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to the children. One thing we particularly appreciate is how many of the educators have been here for 10, 15, even 20 years. It really says a lot about the centre and the wonderful environment they have created.<br><br>We also love the strong sense of community between the teachers and parents, which makes us feel very comfortable and confident knowing our child is in such a wonderful environment.<br><br>One of the things we appreciate the most is the incredible diversity of the centre. With more than 5 Brazilian families in the community, it’s really special for us to know that our child has the opportunity to hear and speak Portuguese as well as English. Being able to maintain our language and culture while growing up in Australia means a lot to our family.<br><br>We are so grateful to have found such a warm, inclusive and caring place for our child. We highly recommend Albert Waterways to any family looking for a place where children are truly cared for, supported and loved. ❤️
