I'm so happy and fortunate to have secured a place for my daughter here for two years before elementary school. There are 20 children, and usually 4-5 teachers in the classroom. This helps prevent the children from having to shout to be heard and attended to - It also helps the educators to be calm. The educators are very experienced in supporting the children's cognitive and emotional development - They are aslo very warm and lovely people. My daughter loves choosing an activity for the day (painting, dressing up, Legos, reading, etc.) and spending the other half in the backyard.

The very best pre school, I remember when I got offered a spot I was soo happy as I heard soo many good things about KU and they have exceeded my expectations. My son is loving it here, they are the most caring friendly teachers. They take the time to understand your child’s needs and helping them in any way they can. I have noticed so many positive changes in my son in just a short time of 4 months. We get lots of updates and photos. They have made my son comfortable from day one. The place is beautiful and has such a friendly inviting fun atmosphere. Thank you KU for everything you are doing for my son :)
The Centre's Core Hours are 9 am to 3 pm with extended hours if needed, 1/2 hour in the morning 8.30am to 9am and 1 hour in the afternoon from 3pm to 4pm no additional fee maximum attendance is 8.30am to 4pm..
We are closed for all Public and School Holidays no fees are payable for these close downs.
Attendance patterns are 2 day groupings which are Mon & Tues, Mon & Wed, Tues & Wed, Thurs & Fri, Wed & Thurs, Wed & Fri.
We take waiting list applications from birth and have waiting lists for future years. The waiting list policy is that, our 1st priority are children in their year before school, if we finish that group & still have vacancies our license allows us to move to the younger group (2 years before school) at this time KU Randwick Coogee do not finish the year before school waiting list so the second priority group (2 years before school) are not offered positions. It is our aim at KU Randwick Coogee Preschool to provide an educational program that gives children the opportunity to enjoy learning and to develop their individual potential across all the developmental domains.
