We couldn’t be happier with our experience at 3 Steps Randwick. The staff are truly wonderful – kind, caring, and genuinely invested in each child’s wellbeing and development. Our child has blossomed since starting here – she comes home excited to tell us about her day, the fun activities she did, and the new things that she has learned. The centre has a lovely, nurturing environment and a great balance of structured learning, creative play, and outdoor time. We especially appreciate the regular updates and photos, which help us feel involved and reassured throughout the day. We have been at 3 Steps for just over 3 months now and we just adore the centre and educators. Our child has really bonded with them all which makes us feel so at ease, I think it says a lot about the time and care provided that she is happy to see them all in the morning. She comes home with a new skill every day, excited to show us how she can blow her nose, pack away her toys and getting more creative in play. Really a wonderful centre and couldn't be happier with the community feel provided.

Leaving your child in the care of someone else can be one of the hardest and anxiety provoking decisions as a parent! I heard about 3 steps from a friend and was instantly impressed by its location next to centennial park. Even after walking through the gate on my first visit I instantly felt an inclusive family like feel, each staff member meet us with kindness and understanding. And this is what I continue to feel every time I drop off my baby. The team work so well together and have built an amazing community for the families. They greet us every morning with a huge smile and cuddles for my baby and invest so much into each family. The centre is ran so well, Lottie, the manager is professional, knowledgeable and very passionate . She put my mind at ease instantly. I can’t thank the staff enough at 3 steps for taking the highest care of my baby, for keeping me in the loop of all of his activities and for really caring about our journey! I couldn’t recommend it enough!

We are lucky enough to have had our son at 3 steps Randwick. He started from his 12 months (Feb 2022) to 3.5 years old (August 2024). 3 steps was more than a childcare, it was our son's family. He loved it more than anything. The educators were always loving and caring. Our son was always surrounded by care, love and fun. The educators were always helpful in regards to our son's milestones (potty training, oral communication, managing and regulating emotions etc). As parents, we always felt listened and understood Mariam, the center supervisor, who deeply and genuinely cares about each child, always makes sure to organise amazing events to celebrate important dates such as Mother/father's day, Christmas, Easter etc. Our son left to pre-school, he knows how to read and write his name and many letters of the alphabets which is amazing. We couldn’t have hoped for a better start for our child's life. We couldn’t thank enough 3 steps' team and we highly recommend it to any parents and children.

3 Steps was like another family to us. Both the teachers and facilities are wonderful. Having been there from nursery room to pre school they have taught our children so much and helped shaped them to the little people they are today. We can’t thank them enough.

Our daughter had a wonderful experience at 3 Steps. Her educators were incredibly caring and it’s clear they are dedicated and passionate about their work, creating a warm and supportive learning environment. They are so attentive to the needs of each individual child. We loved taking part in the fun activities organised throughout the year and will really miss the team at 3 Steps!

If you are looking for kind, nurturing and a home away from home for your children please dont hesitate in enrolling your babies at 3steps. Both my boys have attended for the past three years and from the age of 6months and loved every day there as did I. We moved houses therefore had to move this year and boy I cant tell you enough hard it was to find a daycare that lived up to the standard that 3steps set. The educators are incredibly engaging with the children and its not just a paycheck for them. They genuinely enjoy doing activities with kids and I credit this to the director Mariam for thoroughly choosing the type of educators for the centre. It is family oriented and very inclusive with several events and celebrations each month. They take security and health of the kids extremely seriously which was a massive thing for me and difficult to find in other centres. If your kids ever get the pleasure of having Miss Nitu and Miss Katerina as their educators then you have a good one with these gals! Missing them all so much and our family will always have the fondest memories of their time there.

I can’t speak highly enough about 3 Steps in Randwick. Our son started 1.5 years ago and has transitioned from the baby room up to the toddler room. The educators are so attentive, caring and supportive. They are so hands on and kind with the children- you can really see how passionate they are about learning and development as well as ensuring a safe and friendly atmosphere for the children. I always have peace of mind that my child is getting the best care and is always so happy on arrival and collection which always puts us at ease!
